This beachfront vacation condo located in Texas' Tropical Paradise offers convenience, cleanliness and casual elegance at an affordable price. And since 1999, our beachfront condo has become a second home to hundreds of guests, who return each year.

As Owner Operators, our goal is naturally exceed your Vacation Expectations in several ways. Unlike a property managed by a company, renters do not go through a 'property manager.' Our guests personally deal with the owners.

As an 'owner managed' property, we personally insure that what you find when you arrive here is what you expect, plus more.

During your stay, we personally see to it that your needs are met, while on the island. We naturally want you to enjoy yourselves, come back, and tell your friends!

Just imagine yourself vacationing at one of the finest resorts on South Padre Island.

Saida Towers is a fully gated community with 24 hour security. The grounds are immaculate; outlined with the Island's signature palm trees, lush green lawns, and blooming tropical plants.

Highlighted by 3 large pools, 1 kiddie pool, 3 hot tubs, 4 tennis courts, plenty of lounge chairs and palapas to shade you from the sun.

And if it's a cool refreshing drink you have in mind join us at the pool-side bar or grab a bite to eat at the snack bar.

We updated the decor and painted most the condo in December 2012, all refreshed for the new Winter, Spring and Summer 2013 seasons.

The large open concept of our condo will allow you and your family or friends to get together to enjoy a meal, watch the big game on the large 48 inch flat screen TV or simply unwind with a glass of wine after a fun day at the Schlitterbahn year round indoor-outdoor waterpark. Cable TV, DVD player, and WiFi are in all rooms.

Sit on the balcony with your morning cup of coffee and watch the waves hit the sandy beach; enjoy the sounds of the ocean as seagulls fill the air.

Prepare breakfast in our fully equipped kitchen or join us at 'Yummies', one of our favorite places to go for a morning meal.The dining room table seats 6, and the breakfast bar accommodates another 3, so there is plenty of room for every one. Need a high chair for the littlest member of the family? We have that too!

About Nora Davis

Although we, Nora and Sheldon Davis live inland, full-time, about a hour to the west, we come to South Padre Island often.

We love our Island home and we are happy to share it with others. It is important to us that you feel comfortable in our beachfront home. As the owners, naturally, our goal is to make your visit with us as best as it can be!

The VIEW was the reason we chose to buy Saida III unit 1105. It doesn't take long to get a little sand between your toes, and you want to own a piece of paradise for yourself. And so, Saida.

What makes this condo unique

We bought this unit several years ago because we simply fell in love with the view. And Saida Towers offers the best of resort living; swimming, tennis, poolside drink and snack bar, plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing, hot tubs, beach access, and did I mention the view.

Wonderful condo. We brought a 2, 4 and 11 year old, they had a great time. Great set up and views! Much more impressive than photos. Great customer service by the owner. Lots of activities and dining near by plus great kitchen for cooking. I have already forwarded the link to this property to friends and family!
