Perfect vacation home located West of 41 in the Moorings. This home is in walking distance to the beach(approximately 1/2 mile) , the new grocery store which just opened in the Naples Plaza , and right across the street from Coastland Mall. Only a few minutes to 5th Ave in Olde Naples or to the Naples Philharmonic. Home has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and is bright & sunny with lots of windows, recently painted and turnkey furnished - just bring your toothbrush ! Small dogs welcomed with an additional pet fee

The house is exactly as pictured. We stayed for three months. It had an over abundance of kitchenware, pots and pans, glasses, silverware etc. Well stocked linen closet and first aid kit. House location is good and bad. Everything is in walking distance but it is behind a mini mall and is very noisy and busy with semis and car traffic.
The beach is a mile from the house. So be aware of that. Finding a parking spot in the parking lot (if you have chairs and umbrella) can be a hassle, not many parking spaces. If you want to walk with just a beach towel it's about 20mins. depending on how fast you walk of course.
