Class—Style—Elegance…All the characteristics of New York’s ritzy upscale Park Avenue are on display in this luxurious penthouse. Featuring a multi level duplex design, this high end unit boasts a private master suite on its upper level and a second bedroom below, just down the wooden spiral staircase. The second bedroom includes a loft with the unit’s third queen sized bed. The extravagant living room has a large leather sectional sofa and a formal dining table. The living room also features a 51 inch flat screen TV which sits on the wall just above a stylish electric fireplace. Located just off the living room is a private outdoor balcony overlooking Park Avenue. The newly renovated kitchen has a stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker and water filter built in to the door, gas top range, microwave and dishwasher and the modern bathroom features all new tile. All told, this unit has 3 queen sized beds which sleep 6 guests and the sectional sofa can sleep a 7th guest. There is also ample space in the large living room to place an air mattress should you wish to provide sleeping for 9.

The apartment is also supplied with dinnerware for 8 as well as ample towels and backup linens.

This is an elevator building but does not have a doorman. There are only four units on the penthouse level so privacy will be at a premium.

In addition to being Manhattan’s richest address, this Park Avenue listing is walking distance to some of the city’s biggest attractions such as The Empire State Building, NY Skyride, Macy’s, Herald Square, Grand Central Terminal, Bryant Park, The Waldorf Astoria, Times Square, Gramercy Theatre, Madison Square Garden, The Museum of Modern Art, Radio City Music Hall, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Broadway’s Theatre District, Rockefeller Plaza and countless restaurants, bars and lounges.

appartement super bien placé et facile d'accès, très pratique pour s'installer, et il n'y a qu'à claquer la porte en partant. accueil très sympathique. la vue du balcon est super ! les horraires de sortie sont très flexibles, ils ont eu la gentillesse de s'adapter à nos horraires de vols sans upcharges. seul inconvéniant, les escaliers pour monter dans les chambres du haut sont très raides donc déconseillé pour les enfants ou personnes agées.

excellent stay

We had an excellant stay at this property. It could not be in a better central location for a stay in NYC. The location at 30th and 31st street on Park Av. South is very convenient to many local attracitons. It is a very easy and safe 20 minute walk from Penn station which was our arrival point. Just up the street to the north is Grand Central station. Macy's on 34th is a five minute walk and Time Square and The Rock is about 20 minutes as well. Union square is 10 minutes further south on Park avenue. There are numerous restaurants, stores etc. in this area. The #6 subway line is in the next block and this will take you to whatever connecting trains you need. The property owner is very accesible, met us at the property within 10 minutes of our arrival and checked on us via texting during our stay. We will deffinatley stay here again on future visits to NYC.

Hi, we stayed at Ralph´s apt from Dec 24th to jan 1st. Everything was just as the pictures showed. The apt was extremely clean and sheets and towels were new. Thanks a lot, we had a wonderful stay!!!!
