Prime location in upscale town of Paradise Valley. Walk to 5-star resorts and golf course(Camelback Inn, Montelucia Intercontinental). Minutes from shopping and fine restaurants. Fewer than 15 minutes to the airport, 5 miles to Old Town Scottsdale and Fashion Square. Close to hiking trails, parks, biking paths. (You can walk to Camelback and Phoenix Mountain Reserve. The major cross streets near this home are Tatum and Lincoln Drive.

Our single level, 4 bedroom home is on a private acre+ lot surrounded by stunning mountain vistas. The property provides plenty of space for large vehicles.

The house is approximately 2800 square feet, with four bedrooms, and includes a king in the master, queens in two bedrooms and versatile futon in the fourth one. Additional guests can be accommodated with inflatable beds.

There is a TV equipped with Bose stereo system in the family room as well as a cozy fireplace. Complimentary internet access is included.

Enjoy warm Arizona winter lounging by a sparkling private pool!

The home was recently remodeled and updated with travertine floors, granite counter tops in the kitchen, jacuzzi in the master.

This is a great place for a family getaway. Bring your pets with you too!

We moved to Paradise Valley from rainey Seattle and been enjoying sunny AZ weather ever since.

This was our first home in AZ - we fell in love with the beautiful views and central location of this house. It is one of the few places in AZ where you can actually walk to golf-course, 5-star resorts and hiking and biking trails to take advantage of the beautiful AZ outdoors.
