Outside, enjoy the huge deck near your private boat dock on the banks of the Spokane River plus a large hot tub to relax in after a day in the water or after spending time on any of the nearby ski resorts.

Inside this custom 3800 sq. ft. home, you'll find a gourmet kitchen for preparing all your meals. Huge floor-to-ceiling windows will allow for an amazing view while you're sitting in the spacious living room, or you can enjoy the cozy fireplace and watch some TV on the large screen or just unwind.

There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms to accommodate your guests. An amazing master suite takes up the entire loft area.
