Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located just minutes from TAMU.

This 2007 home is 1200 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and an open floor plan that connects the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Along with granite counter tops and two sinks, the kitchen is equipped with gas stove/oven, refrigerator, and microwave. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, and everything you need to feel right at home. ??The master bedroom is nestled in the back of the house. The master bath has a walk-in shower, a separate garden bath tub, and a single sink area with spacious counter space .?? In the right wing of the house, the other two bedrooms share a hallway with the guest bathroom that has a shower/bathtub and single vanity sink. One bedroom is furnished with a double size bed along with a TV, while the last bedroom has spacious bunk beds. In the living room, there is a HDTV with Sudden link cable, a dvd player, and a large comfortable couch and chair. The Master bedroom and living area are equipped with ceiling fans. The utility room is equipped with a washer and dryer with laundry detergent for your convenience. Please contact Joey Medlin at for additional information or booking your stay. There is a cleaning fee. Once this fee has been received, the dates requested will be held on the calendar. ??

Beautiful home --- very comfortable and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this home to anyone who is coming for a special function in Aggieland.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Excellent House, Great Location

I highly recommend this listing to all. The owner, Joey, is exceptionally accomodating and easy to work with. The home is in a safe, and quiet neighborhood; and there is just a relatively short drive to campus and restaurants (5-10 minutes). The home was very clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. This house is a great deal, and will contribute to a stress-free stay in Aggieland.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities
