Perfect location for your vacation! This three bedroom, two bathroom home is located in the heart of beautiful, historic downtown Pagosa Springs. The home is equipped with two king-sized beds and two queen-sized beds, all with cozy linens to keep you toasty and comfortable. It sleeps a total of 8 people. There are two bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs), providing just the right amount of privacy. The spacious living area has a large sectional leather sofa and flat-screened television, as does each bedroom, so no one has to miss that important football game or their favorite show. The large, rustic dining table is perfect for your family to enjoy meals together. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to cook and bake to your heart's content. There is a roomy hot tub tucked into a private space on the north side of the house, perfect for soaking weary bones after a long day of skiing or snowboarding.

About The Owner
My husband and I are the parents of two sweet, wonderfully spirited boys, ages five and two. We have lived here in Pagosa for the past 15 years after visiting the area once for a Christmas holiday in 1997. Chris and I are both from the east coast (Virginia Beach) originally, however, after visiting Colorado so many years ago, we instantly had a deep connection to this sweet, little town and immediately put in action a plan to make a life here together. We spent our initial years in Pagosa enjoying all the outdoor activities the area has to offer and working as little as possible. In 2005, we opened the first UPS Store here in Pagosa. After the birth of our first son in 2008, after having built that business into a great success, we decided to sell it to spend as much time as possible with our son. We were able to enjoy about a year of mostly carefree time spent being new parents. In 2010, we aquired an existing restaurant (a pizza place) here in Pagosa. We successfully owned and operated it for about two years and in the spring of 2011, we had our second son. With two young children, it became apparent that restaurant ownership was not conducive to the life we wanted to be living. We sold the restaurant in the fall of 2012 to one of our best employees. She currently owns and operates it beautifully...if you come to Pagosa, you have to visit DSP Pizzeria on the west side of town. Best pizza in Pagosa! My husband has since aquired his real estate license, revisiting a profession he once held when we met in Virginia 17 years ago. His company, Dutton Creek Realty, is located just down the street from the rental property. We currently live just minutes away from the property, so renters have the added benefit of direct contact with the owners any time, should the need arise.
