Condo, 2 Bedrooms, Baths (Sleeps 2-4)

Well maintained 2 BR 2 BA Second floor condo. Across from Residents Beach which has its own restrooms and eatery. Enjoy the sandy beaches and all it has to offer.

This second floor condo is fully furnished and equipped. Master bedroom has a king size bed and tv and 2nd bedroom has a sleeper sofa for 2 people.

New hurricane windows and lanai doors keep the condo nice and quiet for your enjoyment. New hardwood floors show off this unit quite handsomely and newer air conditioner keep this unit cool and comfortable.

Kitchen is fully equipped with stove,refrigerator,dishwasher,microwave and all you need to enjoy your stay. Washer and dryer also in unit.

Condo has 2 TV's and a DVD player.and internet All the comforts of home.
