An impressive newly built cottage nestled on an elevated large site just off the Ring of Kerry road with a feeling of space yet very welcoming in the unspoilt countryside of Glenbeigh. Riverview is tastefully decorated, located in a peaceful and tranquil setting boasting stunning views of the surrounding mountains and rivers.

Firstly, it is a perfect base to tour the Ring of Kerry, the Dingle Pennisula,visit Skelig Island and see Killarney National Park or any of the multitudes of sights in south west Ireland.

Alternatively you may like to spend the day relaxing. Riverview has 4 bedrooms,one master large double ensuite, one double ensuite, one twin and double. There is a separate bathroom.Other accommodation includes a fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons including a large plasma TV,utility room, separate dining room and a spacious living room with an open fire,large plasma TV, DVD and cable in all tvs. There is a brick patio area where you may sit and relax after your day touring

Riverview is located 4 kilometers from the village of Glenbeigh and is nestled above the famous Ring of Kerry.

A big attraction of this village is the superb blue flag beach ' Rossbeigh ' with wonderful views across the bay to Dingle mountains. This beautiful unpolluted beach provides excellent conditions for swimming, walking and bird watching. There is a newly appointed safe clean playground for children of all ages and a basketball court.

More walking, climbing and fishing can be found at Blackstone Bridge and Caragh River,the river is only a short 10 minute walk from the house.

Caragh Lake is a beautiful expanse of water 4 miles long providing more stunning scenery in its setting among broom and heather covered hills and imposing mountains.

Riverview house is an ideal base for touring whether its Killarney National park and Muckross House, Ring of Kerry, Dingle or you may just fancy some horse riding on Rossbeigh strand,the hardest part of your day will be deciding what to do.

Golf: There is no shortage of Golf courses in Kerry with numerous courses to choose from such

as Killarney , Beaufort, Ring of Kerry, Ross , Castleross, Waterville , Dunloe ,Killorglin and of course

Dooks Golf course an 18 hole course which is only a 5 minutes drive from the house.

We spent a delightful week at this lovely home on a private lane just minutes from the N70. This is a spacious and beautifully appointed home with a kitchen to die for. In addition to the large eat-in kitchen, there is a beautiful solarium where we enjoyed breakfast. In the evenings we relaxed in front of a 42" TV in the living room. The house is absolutely immaculate and Marcella and her husband could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The appliances were state-of-the-art, and the showers provided scalding hot water and plenty of pressure. While we didn't have small children, the completely fenced in, well-tended yard would a boon to parents: you could turn your little ones loose and know that they would be safe. The three flat-screened TV's and the Wifi are deal clinchers! We would return here in a heart-beat.

We were extremely pleased with this beautiful and immaculate house which was very comfortable and warm and provided us with all our needs.
On meeting Marcella we found a very generous, pleasant and helpful person, as she provided us with plenty of local knowledge about the surrounding areas.
Location very central for sightseeing and nearby beaches.
Will certainly go back in the near future.
Definitely a High Five Star House.

We were pleased to find that the home was as beautiful and immaculate as it appears in the photographs. The views from every angle are amazing and we enjoyed a fire each evening in the sitting room. It was very relaxing and did, in fact, feel like home away from home. We also enjoyed the nearby town, and found that everyone was quite friendly.

Marcella is exceedingly kind, honest and helpful. She was willing to work with us from many miles away, and due in large part to her our vacation was perfect. I would recommend that if anyone wants to stay in a quiet, beautiful location with gorgeous landmarks very near by, they should rent this home.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Stunning accommadation

We had a great holiday, the house was so comfortable ,all our creature comforts were catered for.We enjoyed many a walk in the nearby beach , hill walking, and there is so much to see, fabulous sites.
Marcella is very charming and made us feel very welcome. She told us all about the area and recommended some great restaurants to us.

We have been holidaying in this area for 15 years and this is by far the best accomadation we have ever had there.The house is luxurious and beautifully maintained and is a home from home.The property was spotless, the gardens beautifully manicured, the kitchen was manificently eqquipped and the sitting room and dining room were extremely comfortable.We plan to return next year and look foprward.
