The second floor consists of three bedrooms and an office. The master bedroom suite, has a king size bed, a working fireplace and an en-suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub with jacuzzi. The other two bedrooms both have full beds. There is an office as well as another full bathroom on the floor.
Finished basement with many windows and a wood-burning stove. A cozy sectional sofa, 50-inch plasma tv, with loads of movies, wii, netflix, and apple TV. The guest room has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is a full laundry room on the floor as well.

The house is 1.5 miles from the Old Chatham Country store.
Located in the charming town of Old Chatham and minutes away from Chatham. Both towns offer many dining options, shopping and a wonderful classic movie theater. The area has golf courses, horseback riding stables, hiking trails, yoga studios and spas. Hudson, is a half hour away and offers wonderful antique stores and restaurants. The Berkshires are within a half hour away. Cultural events during the summer include Tanglewood, Stockbridge, Tannery Pond, Williamstown Theater. In the Fall, view the beautiful leaves changing and visit the farms that have apple and pumpkin picking. Every season offers a bounty of activities and cultural events.
