3 Bed/2.5 Ba Family Home Close to the Heart of Frisco

Frisco House 270 is a private retreat offering easy access to all that Summit County has to offer, while surrounding you with all the creature comforts of home. Its premiere location, just two blocks from Main Street and smack-dab in the center of some of the world's best ski resorts and mountain fun, makes this home a vacation favorite. Park your car for the duration, and use the convenient shuttle that takes you, and your gear, to all the surrounding ski areas and local places of interest.

Enjoy time with family in the large, open, inviting main floor. Kitchen, dining and great room provide plenty of room for the gang, and they all work together to ensure that no one is left out of the action. Large screen TV, games/puzzles, game table and work station with wi-fi add possibilities to your vacation fun.

When you've had enough activity, retreat to the spacious master suite, located on the main floor, which includes a king-size bed, TV, walk-in closet and a private bath with a jetted tub.

Downstairs, you'll find another family room equipped with piano, games, toys, video gaming systems and tv/dvd player. It's a great place for the kids to hang out when the adults enjoy time together upstairs. The couch conceals a hideabed, and two beautifully decorated bedrooms equipped with King-sized beds are also downstairs.

A full size washer and dryer are available in the utility room.

Frisco is strategically located in the heart of Summit County and it's a short drive to many major ski resorts. The town itself is small and friendly, and has a lot of activities going on throughout the year to enjoy. Great hiking, fishing, factory outlet stores, Nordic trails, and boating are among a few of the activities available to the you. Summit County is truly a recreational hotspot and everyone in your group will find some activity to enjoy in this amazing mountain playground.

We had a really nice stay at this house. It was clean, comfortable and roomy. The basement area was perfect for kids. The kitchen was well appointed and well labeled. The location was great with less than a five minute walk to Main Street. We frequently stay in Summit County,and I would definitely hope to rent this property again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Great location in quiet neighborhood near river. Easy walking access to downtown Frisco, park, Dillon reservoir, bus service and tennis courts. There are many walking/biking trails nearby and Frisco is centrally located to many ski areas. The house was spotless, the beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed for a great vacation! Would definitely stay here again!
