Our fabulous townhouse is located in an enclave of 19 units, located on the St. Joseph Sound. The. Townhouse is 3 stories and has a private elevator. The primary living area is on the second floor and is open plan with hardwood floors.
Fantastic, huge kitchen with granite counter tops, all new stainless steel appliances, and convenient work island. There's a large pantry, all new pots and pans, dishes, silverware etc. We live here part of the year, so you will find every convenience you would expect in your own home.
A large granite counter bar separates the kitchen from the living and dining area. The living room is comfortably furnished with a new sofa and loveseat and the wall unit houses a new Sony 50' HDTV with built in WiFi. The dining table seats 6 comfortably. A half bath and a small balcony with views of the sound complete the second floor.
The third floor is carpeted and consists of a 'loft' which we have made into a cozy sitting room with TV. The sofa pulls out to a double size bed and there are curtains for privacy.
The en-suite, master bedroom is very large with a brand new king size Sleep Number i10 bed, armoire with TV, and a very comfortable Henry Link reading chair. The walk-in closet has been designed with lots of shelves, drawers and hanging rails. The master bath has twin sinks, an inviting jacuzzi bathtub, private toilet enclosure and enormous shower that is furnished with a teak bench and shelf. There is a balcony off of the master bedroom.
The 2nd bedroom has a new queen size Sleep Number bed, walk-in closet, bay windows that look out on an Osprey's nest and a large en-suite shower bathroom.
New sheets and duvet covers are luxurious high thread count. Towels are new and spa quality.
The new full size front loading washer and dryer are conveniently located in the third floor hallway.
The first floor has a garage, entry elevator and private, air conditioned gym. The gym equipment is high grade, including a treadmill, recumbent bike and Bio-force gym. There is a large screened in porch with a 4 burner gas grill and dining table that seats 6.
The townhouse has central air and heat, designer ceiling fans and all windows on the second and third floor have plantation shutters.
Our community has a beautiful pool with heated jacuzzi located overlooking the sound. There is also a private fishing dock.
We fell in love with Dunedin. There is always something going on here. The town has wonderful shops and restaurants and people are very friendly.
Our townhouse is one of 19 and so conveniently located.

This is a beautiful home in a lovely setting. Kathi is such a pleasure to deal with and was available whenever we needed her and went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we had a pleasurable stay. The townhouse is equipped with everything you should require and is laid out in such a way that my parents and I were able to enjoy time together in this luxurious townhouse, but also have our own space and privacy.
Thank you so much for letting us rent your lovely home for our winter vacation. The townhouse had everything above and beyond what we could have asked for such a joy, (would like to just stay here). The location is wonderful close to everything, really enjoyed honeymoon island, the dolphins at the pier was amazing I have pictures to prove it. The neighbors were very kind and nice to us making us feel at home. Loved your place and plan to see you next year.
Pinellas Trail is just across the street. Great for biking and walking. Our townhouse is located on the St.Joseph Sound. Sit by the pool and enjoy fabulous sunsets. Fish from the private pier. Walk to Dunedin center and enjoy great shops, restaurants and the marina. Watch your favorite baseball team at spring training. Clear-water Beach is less than a 10 minute drive. Honeymoon Island park is just 4 miles away.
