This is ready for your stay. We use this house for ourselves so it is a GREAT place to stay. The house has over 2000 sq ft of living space under air with additional living area outside. The palm trees make it so you don't see your neighbors and you get a private pool that no one is looking in on you. Also a private dock, long water views, walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. This contemporary open floor plan home is not too far from public beach access. It is Located right off of Collier Boulevard. The same road that you take into the island. You can walk to Starbucks, Cold Stone Creamery, Winn Dixie, Cocomos, CJ's and many more popular restaurants and shopping centers on this beautiful island. The home includes vaulted ceilings and a heated pool. Look out over your own personal dock as you lounge around the beautiful screened in pool surrounded by tropical palm trees that seclude you and you have your own private paradise.

The master has a walk in closet with an on suite bathroom that has a shower and a tub. The ceiling fan can give you a nice breeze on those hot nights and the sliding glass doors open directly to the heated pool for any late night dips or wonderful water views from your bed. The split bedroom plan gives privacy from the other two bedrooms. Twin beds are in each of the other two bedrooms. The two guest bedrooms have two bathrooms to choose from. One bathroom can be accessed from the pool area and the other is down the hall. Both have showers in them. If you have additional family members come there is a pull out couch in the family room that is private and attached to a bathroom that can be shut off from the rest of the house for added privacy or can be used as a second master with its own bathroom. It also has a separate outside entrance.

The airy vaulted ceiling in the living room makes for a wonderful open feeling. Our living room includes a LCD HD TV with DVD player. The furniture is all Tommy Bahama style furniture with that tropical feel. The dining table has a beautiful view of the pool, dock and water. The sliding doors open up to the pool and the view is fabulous from the living room over the pool and looking out on the water. Enjoy high speed wireless internet throughout the house.

If someone is watching a show in the living room and you want to watch something else, go to the family room that has a large couch and a love seat. Watch your favorite show on the HD TV in that room or let the kids play their games.

The kitchen has sliding glass doors that go out into the pool. It also has a pass through to the bar in the pool area. The granite bar surrounds the kitchen and give plenty of counter space with four bar stools that you can sit and eat at. The choices are many in the versatile home. There is a front load high efficiency washer and dryer in the utility room.

The pool area has a large gas grill and table and wicker chairs and table for your dinners by the pool. There are two wicker lounge chairs to lay around the pool or get that afternoon nap. There are two wicker chairs also off the master bedroom and another set off the kitchen. This it top notch furniture. You will not be disappointed.

There is a coconut tree out back that drops many a fresh coconut. Help yourself or take one home with you.

There are fishing poles in the closet that you can take down to the dock and catch Sheep head fish or other ocean fish off the dock.

There is also a pack-n-play in the closet and a car seat for older kids. You will find life vests and pool noodles in the closet along with other items to make your stay enjoyable. We constantly try to upgrade this house with more things, because we stay here with our family too!

We fell in love with Marco in 2003. The first time we came over the bridge. So we purchased a condo in Sandcastle, but have wanted the freedom that comes with a house. This one came on the market and had the things we were looking for. The dock, water views, pool, vaulted ceilings, space for the grand kids and a great location.

What makes this house unique

We all look forward to those wonderful sunsets and the beach environment along with a private pool, but this place also has a great location to walk to get a Starbucks or a late night Ice Cream or maybe groceries at Winn Dixie and a movie at the Red Box.

Very Happy Renters

Very Happy with this house. This is the third year in a row my wife and I and two other couples have rented this house. Great Kitchen. Heated Pool. We would definitely come back. We have been doing this for a long time and Marc and Priscilla are the best and nicest owners we have ever met. Walking distance to stores and restaurants.

Owner's Response: We are so blessed to have you as renters for the past three years. You have seen the changes to our property. We have remodeled the kitchen with new cabinets and granite counter tops. You have seen the new master bath with the large master shower. You have enjoyed the close proximity to restaurants and shops. All are in walking distance from the house. You don't have to worry about parking or traffic, just walk to where you want to go. Even though the house is walking distance to all your needs it sits at the end of a channel and makes the area around the pool very private. You really get the best of both worlds. We are glad you enjoyed the large heated pool. I know you were able to use the pool furniture with the table and chairs along with the chase lounges. It is so peaceful to sit out by the pool and look down the long channel. We have seen dolphins playing in the channel as we sit by the pool. We miss our house when we can not be there, but know it is in good hands when you guys were there. The three bed and three bath was big enough for all of you. The vaulted ceilings make the living area very large and the master bedroom is very large. We are glad you have fallen in love with Marco as we too have.

One of the best compliments a customer can give is to be a repeat customer/consumer. In our case, we will not only be a repeat renter but will add additional time to our stay at this wonderful Marco Island retreat. My wife and I stayed here for two weeks from March 14-28, 2015. We had an excellent time and thoroughly enjoyed this centrally located rental. The pool area is very large with two sitting areas. One gets nearly full day sun while the second is shaded. Both look out over a length wise view of the canal. While you can hear the neighbors it is secluded enough so you can't be seen while in the pool. There is a nice outside dining area with a table which will easily seat 6-8 people. The gas grill is a nice addition. There is a convenient pass thru window to the kitchen. This unit is within easy walking distance to shopping, dining and entertainment. It is near the local farmers market which offers everything from fresh baked goods to fruits, vegetables, flowers, meats and seafood. It is well worth the time and money. The house is nicely appointed with every thing you would need from pool toys , fishing poles and towels to kitchen utensils, pots and pans, and some basic supplies. There are three bedrooms and baths with a second separate seating areas with a TV for family or friends. This is in addition to the family room/living room. Priscilla and Marc were easy to work with and very conscientious. They called us to be certain we were at the unit and it met our expectations They did everything possible to make our stay care free and enjoyable. We can't wait to return next March.

In April 2015 we will remodel the pool bathroom and put in some brand new sliding glass doors. We too love this house and continue to make improvements where they need to be done. You will not be disappointed in our property. We just recently added the new wicker furniture to the pool area. I'm glad you were able to enjoy the peaceful setting around the pool. We enjoy looking down the long channel and at times have seen dolphins playing off the dock. The pool offers a private setting with the palm trees that surround it. The long channel view allows for some great sunsets. I'm glad you found the farmers market on every Wednesday in season. You can walk there from the house and get fresh fruit, vegetables, sea food, flowers and more. This is our house too, so we do our best to make sure it is not lacking anything. Great Place, Great Location

Very nice place with a very nice pool and living area. Kitchen is great. Location is within walking distance of a lot of things - i.e. you're not stuck in the south end of the island. Perfect place for a relaxing getaway.

Nice Location

My family of 4 stayed for spring break in early March. We've been in the Naples/Marco area using VRBO for the last 7-8 years. This is the first time we stayed on the island and the location was a great and very central spot if you have a car. However, you can walk to the Esplanade shops very easily and a run down to south beach is short as well. The home was in good order and the owners were great to work with during the entire transaction with a follow-up call several times to see how we were doing. The newly remodeled kitchen is very nice and as I said the home was in good order. The bathrooms leave a bit to be desired but how long do you really spend there? Our kids love the pool and while you couldn't get great afternoon sun at the pool, you could go down to the dock and get it until the evening. You are right next to a grocery store and on the main drag but it is very quiet so you wouldn't know it. While this isn't 5-star, it is a great value and at the end of the day you want to have great owners (which they are) and a nice location (which it is). I would rent from them again without question.

Our new favorite vacation spot!

This is a wonderful property that perfectly met our family's needs during spring break. The house is clean, it has all the comforts of home, and it is simply a nice place to stay. Who knew sunrise could be so beautiful over the canal? Do what we did--rent a boat, tie it up at the pier, and see the islands from the water side. Marco House is also very convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The perfect vacation getaway. And on top of all that, the owners are wonderful people to work with. We had a minor issue with the house, and within 15 minutes of my sending a text to the owners, someone was knocking on the door to fix the problem! I would definitely recommend this property.

This house is close to the Esplande shops that include Starbucks, Cold Stone Creamery, CJs, Mangros and many more. Winn Dixie grocery store is walking distance and across the street from Esplande shops. Tiger Tail beach is just down the road. Farmers market is walking distance from this house. The other way down the sidewalk is Joey's pizza and more restaurants. This house is in a wonderful location right off the main road as you come in. To get to it you must drive past it and U turn back to it since there are palm trees in the median.
