  • Weekly minimum 7-night rental. From June 2013 to September 2013, rental rates are
  • $3,250 per week. Event weeks are $3,500 which includes July 4th, Bear Weeks
  • Carnival and Labor Day. Payments sent by wire transfer must include an
  • additional $15/per wire transfer fee.
