We chose to purchase our condo in the Scottsdale-Paradise Valley area because of the seemingly endless things to see and do.
If golf is your thing there are 20 public courses listed within 10 miles. TPC is only 8 miles away!
Shopping from Walmart to the Paradise Valley Mall to the high end shops at Kierland are all within eight miles.
If you enjoy casinos there are many to choose from. Talking Stick is approx. 11 miles.
The choice of restaurants is amazing. From the usual chains like Outback, Ihop, etc. to the places like Chelsea's Kitchen, Houstons and Grand Lux Cafe at the Scottsdale Fashion Mall.
Mayo Clinic Hospital is only six miles away.
Old Town Scottsdale in fun with many souvenir shops and small specialty restaurants.
Probably our favorite 'thing to do' is spring training for the Cactus League. Six of the ten stadiums are within about a 40 minute drive (Salt River Fields is about 10 minutes) the other four stadiums are slightly partner.
The condo is located on the Shea side of the complex so you can watch the commuters going to work while you enjoy a cup of morning coffee.
If you prefer your own cooking the kitchen is equipped with the essentials to get the job done.
The grounds and club house with the treadmills, free weights and station machines are very well kept. The pool and grill area are awesome!!
