This converted barn is tucked away at the edge of the village of Arras en Lavendan in the beautiful Val d'Azun.

Access to the first floor is by way of an exterior staircase and this floor consists of a sitting area, three bedrooms and a bathroom. From the pretty garden you have unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside and mountains. Part of the field next to the house is owned by the property and can be used to park cars, play football etc.

The road to the house is narrow and quite steep, not suitable for very large vehicles.
Arras en Lavendan is a pretty village in the light and open Val D'Azun. The village has a bakery, restaurants and a bar, tourist information, a summer market and a play area for children.. The village is within a couple of kilometres of the pretty spa town of Argeles Gazost and within 20 minutes drive of the world famous Catholic shrine of St Bernadette at Lourdes.
The Pyrenean National Park is very nearby with endless possibilities for hiking, bird watching and enjoying the mountains. This is a wonderful location for cyclists and fans of the Tour de France which generally comes past very or fairly close to this property.
In the winter months you will be ideally placed to ski at the Hautacam, Cauterets, Luz Ardiden, Tourmalet or Gavarnie.
