2 Bedroom, 3 Bath, 3 Queen Beds Mountain Views

Newly remodeled Deluxe Mountain Side Condo, hot tub on outside deck, fireplace, cozy family room, large dining area, wonderful kitchen, all the amenities, storage for skis/snowboards, boot storage, TV's, washer/dryers, wireless. One room has two queen beds, the master has one queen bed. Both rooms have private bathrooms.
About Bill Madsen

My Name Is Greg Madsen, My Family Purchased This Condominium When It Was First Built And I Have Skied And Summer Recreated Out Of This Location My Entire Life. I Grew Up And Live In Santa Cruz, California. When We Are Not Using The Condo, We Love To Rent It To Like Minded People That Want To Have An Amazing Vacation.

Why Bill Madsen chose Old Town

The property is just perfect...30 minutes from the airport, ski in and ski out. The best mountain biking trails in Utah are 15 seconds away, quiet and yet close to everything. This location is private and the highest on the park city mountain. Our family has just loved having this place and would love to have others enjoy it when we are not able to be there.

What makes this condo unique

The smells of the mountain air, the aspen trees that surround the condo, the morning sound of the canon that are bombing the new fallen snow have always been wonderful memories that keep up going there all the time. We live on the beach in Santa Cruz and have this place to go ski in the winter, play golf, fly fish, bike in the summer...it is the best of both worlds.

Epic winter and summer condo nestled into Thaynes Canyon. Everything is close...epic mountain biking, snowboarding, skiing, nightlife, etc. you can get bus to downtown in 5 minutes or walk around the resort from the condo. golf is available in summer with a 5 minute walk.
