Fully Remodeled, Sunny, Solar Powered House In Prime Location

South Tracy House is a home that invites you to relax and enjoy all that Bozeman has to offer, walkers by have stopped to take a gander and once inside people have remarked that, “it just feels right”. Six blocks south of Main it is comfortably appointed and uniquely finished and furnished: 3 bedrooms (queen beds), 2.5 baths, with the master suite on the main level and 2 bedrooms and a living room downstairs with full height ceilings.

This open, spacious home features wood floors throughout with radiant in-floor heating upstairs and wall radiant heat downstairs. Lots of natural light and a mix of reclaimed pine, fir, maple, cherry, oak, and American clay earth plasters provides a texturally rich environment that makes the inside of this home feel calming and natural.

You will not be forced to unplug from your wired life while relaxing in this well appointed escape, the entertainment system includes a 50-inch wall mounted TV and Bose surround as well as a Wi-Fi network with and the ability to stream wireless music throughout the home.

The custom kitchen would please any culinary expert with a mix of reclaimed wood finishes and professional grade stainless appliances. The back yard is a sanctuary for those wishing to dine and relax outside when the weather is inviting. The garden produce is yours to enjoy when in season and a solar electric PV system reduces the carbon footprint of your stay in this home, which will make a fine launching point for exploring Bozeman and the outlying areas. Six guests maximum including children. Off-street parking in the alley as well as street parking in front of the house. No smoking inside or outside the home and no pets allowed.

Wonderful Time at the Tracy House

We had adult children with husbands coming for Christmas - 6 more than we could accommodate at our house. We needed a spacious, luxury rental, that was convenient to our house and to downtown, we were lucky to find the Tracy house. Our family really enjoyed the week at the Tracy house during Christmas. The house is beautifully remodeled, and the furnishings are lovely! Cable TV, Internet, wonderful kitchen for cooking, great outdoor barbeque - enjoyed all the amenities of 'home', yet in much lovelier surroundings, and convenient to downtown Bozeman (also convenient to MSU). The house is 6-10 blocks from downtown, so they enjoyed walking to the shops, pubs and eateries in the afternoons/evenings, and returned to a warm, cozy house (the main level heat source is in the flooring, which warms you from your feet up - oh so nice on the winter days)
I highly recommend the Tracy House - if/when we need a vacation rental house again, the Tracy House will be our first choice.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
