Beautiful, Newly Renovated Home Minutes Away From Downtown Columbia

We enjoyed our stay at your property. Donna was wonderful and completely flexible with our schedule. The property was exceptionally clean and we really appreciated that. We didn't stay long enough to use the kitchen, but it was very well appointed with supplies and new appliances. The bathrooms had nice, new fixtures as well. The property was located within 15 minutes of everywhere we needed to go. I think the only difficult thing about the property was taking the luggage up the stairs. We will stay again, if we have the opportunity. Thanks.

We really enjoyed our stay and it was quite convenient to visit my inlaws so we hope to stay again in the future. It was very helpful that the house was well stocked with necessary household items.
The pack n play and the bouncy seat were very helpful for us with the baby. The coffee maker with coffee grounds were great!

What a beautiful home! We rented this home for a 3 night stay when we came to Columbia for a college visit at Mizzou for my son, who is a junior in high school. The home was beautiful and very welcoming, and the property manager was helpful with everything we needed to be comfortable in our home away from home. The photos are nice, but the home is even nicer in person. The home was very clean when we arrived, I am so glad we found this home to rent (which was also much cheaper than the two hotel rooms we originally planned on reserving). The kids had plenty of room to play, we had a lot of space to relax, and the wi-fi and printer were very helpful for my son in doing his homework to bring back for the classes he missed. Love the shower downstairs - so relaxing! No detail went unnoticed when they were preparing this home for rental. We definitely plan on returning if Mizzou is the college of choice. If you want a beautiful home, at a great price in Columbia, this is it! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone I know traveling to Columbia!
