Terrific 5,000 sq ft cabin situated on 40 acres of woods. Custom built, spacious open floor plan, beautiful interior wood detailing, exceptional views off the living and dining room, in-floor radiant heat, wrap around wood deck, and fully furnished including dishes, bed linens, etc.

6 bedrooms, loft, 3,5 bathroom. Master suite has bathroom with whirlpool tub.

20 people can sleep very comfortably in own regular size beds.

Nicely wooded area with a large adjacent field and 3 deer stands making this a spectacular hunting location. Ideal place for family reunions, friend getaways, couples retreat, holiday vacations, and business meetings. Weekend or weekly rentals welcome.

Guest has to be 25 years or older to make reservation

Full refund if reservation is canceled earlier than 30 days before arrival

Rates start at $450 per night, for up to 12 guests and $25 per night for each additional guest (kids 3 and under stay for free).
Full rental payment is required after signing Rental Agreement
$1,000 security deposit is required no later than 30 days before arrival- refunded within 7 days after departure.

All holidays are 3+ nights minimum and priced separately, please inquire.
Tax Rate 5.5%

Fantastic, LARGE house with plenty of space and commodities to keep you entertained. Secluded private location thats still a only a short drive from Dells attractions. Good Ownership. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Retreat for a Group of Women

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend retreat at the Oak Hill Cabin. It is a beautiful home and the description is spot on. The sunlight poured in to the very spacious living room which had exceptional views of the fields and outlying treeline. It is totally private and extremely tranquil. The wood detailing in the entry-way is gorgeous.

We are a group of 9 women who gathered at the cabin for a weekend of yoga and journal writing. Marta and Thomas were very accommodating to our needs (moving some furniture) and quick to respond to questions (when we booked the weekend). They met us at arrival to make sure everything was set. The kitchen is well stocked and the large dining table is perfect for a large group. My kids would've loved the many game tables. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms stocked with nice towels. We had plenty of hot water for showers. Oak Hill is a very quiet and spacious house that would serve many different gatherings (a perfect place for a family reunion). Thank you Thomas and Marta for a great experience.

Great Winter Retreat

What an awesome place in the woods! The photos were well done, and provide a perfect sense of the appearance of the cabin, but don't give you a sense of how big it is. This place is huge!

We are a Madison based travel club that held a girls getaway here. Everyone had a wonderful time. 10 separate beds suited our group perfectly. Thomas and Marta were great hosts, and walked us through the place to show us how everything worked. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook a big meal.

We would definitely come back.

Family get away

My family got together for a weekend in February and everything was wonderful! The house was very clean and in great condition. We had one issue with a blown fuse and Thomas was timely in responding and taking care of it. We have 4 kiddos under the age of 4 and they loved running around the spacious main level and were protected from the stairs by a wooden gate. There was a beautiful snow fall when we were there and we enjoyed hiking on the land. It was very quiet and peaceful, yet only took us 10 minutes to get to the waterparks. I would highly recommend this house to a large group, especially if you like to have your own space yet still have access to restaurants and activities in town.

Huge House!

We are 6 women in our 50's that vacation together at least a time or two a year, and leave our men at home! We have rented different houses in different areas for different occasions. This time we were celebrating the future wedding for one of the group! We spent the whole weekend inside the house ....good thing, because the temperatures were well below zero when we stayed!! This was the perfect house for staying indoors. The main floor is open and massive. We each had our own bedroom. With 3 full baths and the extra half bath off the kitchen, there was never an issue with availability for a bathroom! We had plenty of hot water when we all took our showers. We attempted to play pool and enjoyed the ping pong table, while enjoying our beverages. This is a great house for spending time together! We would definitely recommend this house to others, especially for a larger group of people. The only negative comment I have is that I felt that the security deposit was too high. I've rented many houses before and have never had to pay that much. Another recommendation from the girls is that another TV be added downstairs. Thomas and Marta were quick with their responses to my emails and very accomodating. Thank you! The 6pack girls had a great time!!
