6 Bedroom, 7 Baths Luxury Ski In/out (Sleeps 18) Home At The Canyons

**SKI IN/OUT** Very private luxury home in small neighborhood right next door to The Canyons ski Resort. The Timbers neighborhood has its own ski trail along the back side of the homes, allowing you to ski out the back door down to the Sunrise lift in front of the Escala and then a quick run to the Gondola. At the end of the day, turn right skiing down Docs and past the Sunrise Lift to The Timbers trail home and right up to the back door.

The resort is so close you can even walk to dinner if you wanted to go out.

6 Bedroom, 7 Baths, Huge Kitchen, Living room, family room with projection TV, pub/game room with pool table, playroom for kids, ski room, covered outdoor patio with fireplace, lower level covered outdoor patio with hot tub, outdoor patio with firepit, cascading waterfall in warmer seasons.

House is great in all seasons - skiing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, golfing, boating on the reservoir, fly fishing, scenic drives, great food. Festivals in all seasons as well - Sundance, wine festivals, food festivals, sports competitions, etc.

Everyone loves Park City!

Bedrooms: 3 King, 1 Queen, 1 Queen with Daybed & Trundle, Bunk room with 2 Queens & 2 Twins above, all bedrooms have baths en-suite. Library has a pullout couch.

My husband & I have been coming to Park City for 19 years. He proposed to me at Snowbird, 3 years later we discovered friends from College back East had moved here. We live in New York City but travel extensively about a third of each year. We have a great community of friends here in Park City and love to come and enjoy the fresh air and quiet starry nights.

We've had a ski condo here in Park City for 17 years. Its always been that someday we'll live here and visit the big city so we've always kept an eye out for properties that maximized the potential of living in Park City. We looked for 10 years, last year we came across this home snuggled into the mountain, great views, surrounded by trees and trails, very private and right here at the mountain. Perfect.
