This stunning Italian inspired villa consists of 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms with unobstructed views of San Francisco Bay, Golden Gate Bridge, Sausalito, Richardson Bay, the Bay Bridge, and Belvedere Island.

This is truly a very unique property! Constructed with the finest materials and designed to take advantage of the flat, hilltop exposure and the glorious , sweeping views. Exquisite plaster, stone, wrought iron, and woodwork throughout.

The main level has a grand foyer, huge state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen and breakfast room, family room with a fireplace, formal living room with a fireplace, guest suite with a full marbled bathroom, powder room, and a formal dining room that leads out to a charming balcony with HELICOPTER VIEWS. All the rooms in the main level have the sweeping views of the Golden Gate Bridge, the Bay Bridge and beyond.

The lower level includes three bedrooms plus the master bedroom and an office/game room. Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom. The master wing has a fireplace and a private view balcony, jetted tub & separate shower/steam all with Golden Gate views.

The flat wrap-around yard leading to charming patios, gardens, and water fountains offers a fantastic transition to outdoor recreation.

This villa is very close to downtown Tiburon. walking distance to shops, restaurants, movie theater, coffee shops, salons & spas, gift shops, fitness centers, market and business centers.

Tiburon is located 15 to 20 minutes away from downtown San Francisco. You can either take the ferry or drive. The famous Napa Valley wine country is less than one hour away from Tiburon.

As a frequent traveler to Europe and other parts of the world I have always admired Italian architecture and style. In 2001 decided to bring some of that old charm to this home here in Tiburon. Tiburon is a charming coastal town near San Francisco with breathtaking views of San Francisco Bay, Golden Gate Bridge, the Bay and beyond. Within walking distance you can find charming restaurants, coffee shops, theater, library, shops, salon & spa, fitness center, bike/jog paths, ferry services to San Francisco and Angel Island etc.

Great environment for families to do different activities together, for children to play, for elderly to relax and enjoy the nature, and couples to fall in love without trying!
