Keep your boat at the dock, be in the Gulf of Mexico in minutes.

Comfortably sleeps 4-6. Two bedrooms-each with queen size bed, 1 bath home with with tub. Living room has a pull out full-size bed. Cable Television and Wi-FI. Dining room overlooks the back yard on a deep-water canal right off the Crystal River. Fully stocked kitchen with full size refrigerator, microwave, stove and all amenities. Laundry room with washer and dryer and a one-car garage. Home is clean, well-maintained and comfortable.
About Don or Kathy Perfumo

We grew up in Miami, FL. and spent much time on the water. It was our dream to own a home on the coast where we could eventually retire and enjoy hours of fun in, around and on the water. This is our favorite spot!

Clean, cozy, comfortable and a warm and a welcome get-a-way. Watching the porpoise play, the manatees swim right up to the dock and the herrons beg for fish scraps is such fun. Time with friends dockside, a delicious dinner in the city or dining on fresh seafood at home. There is something to delight every palette here!

Nearest Beach : Fort Island Trail at 15 Miles
Car: recommended

Enjoy golfing at a nearby resort, shopping at the local mall, excellent flats and fly fishing as well as deep sea fishing. Keep your boat dockside and leave from your back yard. Swim with the manatees, kayak and hike the indian grounds. Enjoy great food, entertainment and quaint shops!

The house and property was clean and well maintained, just like the photos on VBO website. The owners were welcoming and friendly. We would definitely recommend this home to family and friends.
