1 Bedroom On The Water With Great Views. Pool Access.

Great 1 bedroom apt. set up to be very comfortable for 2 or has the ability to sleep 6. Balcony with view of ocean. Great kitchen and bath. Living room is very comfortable with seating areas that can be used for extra beds.
About James Miles

I live in New York and spend a lot of time in the Dom. Rep. My wife and I spend more time in the mountains now when we visit and this leaves the apt. available to rent. We do visit the capitol often though and enjoy the tranquility and the views of the apt.

We bought this apt. because of it's location and beautiful views. It's on the edge of the city so we can get to the mountains or the beach quickly or it's a very fast trip to the city center to enjoy what Santo Domingo has to offer.

What makes this apartment unique

We enjoy the warmth of the climate and the people of the Dom. Rep. We are able to enjoy city life when we are in the apt. and we can easily enjoy the beach or mountains because of where the apt is located.

Very affordable price and a very clean unit. Nice pool, easy parking. Quiet sleeping at night. Laundry machine. Great restaurant (La Pirata) on the ground floor with somewhat private ocean front palapas with waves crashing a few feet away. Highly reccomended.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
