2 Bedroom, 2 Bath (Sleeps 6) Beachfront Condo

This first-floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps 6 -- Master bedroom with attached bath, king-size bed, TV, walk-in closet and sitting area with views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico -- nothing like falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves hitting a white sandy beach. Second bedroom has two double beds. Fully-equipped kitchen (double-door refrigerator, stove/range, microwave, dishwasher). Lovely dining room. Living room with TV and sliding door that opens to covered porch with small table -- great for a quiet breakfast watching the ocean. Porch opens to condo deck with tables and chaise lounges. One step down to white sandy beach. Interior courtyard of condo has shared pool. Laundry facilities are available on premises. Belleair Beach is a quiet, private beach. The more bustling Clearwater (public) Beach is about a mile away and Sand Key Park is even closer. No pets, no smoking.
About Nancy Rife

This condo was originally purchased for owners to use for their business -- for out of town clients, suppliers and top salespeople, so not your typical rental unit. The owners live nearby and take care to keep it maintained and updated.

The view is amazing, the beach is quiet and peaceful. Beautiful sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. Yet, nightlife, shopping, and tons of activities are moments away.

What makes this condo unique

The first-floor walk-out to the beach and Gulf of Mexico is ideal. Falling asleep with windows open and the sounds of the Gulf waves crashing against the beach is one of the best things in the world. But on a windy or cooler day, the pool is enclosed in a courtyard for a change of pace.

Great beachfront location on private beach, but within one mile of beautiful Clearwater Beach with its many restaurants, bars, shops and attractions, such as fishing boats, twilight dinner cruises, pirate-themed kids boat, mini golf, parasailing, jet ski rentals, etc. Other nearby attractions include Clearwater Marine Science Center (home of Winter the dolphin), Caladesi Island, John's Pass, and Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary. St. Pete Pier and area is home to many restaurants, shops and Salvador Dali Museum and Museum of Fine Arts. 45 minute drive to Tampa attractions such as Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Lowry Park Zoo and Florida Aquarium. Roughly 2 hour drive to Orlando-area attractions (Sea World, Disney Parks, Universal).
