This front end, corner unit has large windows that face towards the beach bringing in the beautiful sun and fresh sea air. Three ceiling fans move air softly throughout the rooms. Beds for 7 with an additional day bed in master bedroom suitable for a child or teen. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. Be sure to bring your coffee pods to use in the Keurig coffee maker. Living room has amazing vaulted ceilings, flat screen TV with DVD, expanded cable and DVR, gas fireplace, and a brand new American Leather Queen sofa sleeper. There is also an additional brand new twin American Leather Sofa sleeper in the living room. American Leather Sleeper Sofas are known as 'the worlds most comfortable sofa sleeper.” Dining table seats 6 with two additional seats at the bar. Master bedroom has a king bed and day bed (great for a child to sleep on). It also comes with flat screen TV and newly installed room darkening shades. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Bedrooms have high end sheets, bed pads and pillows along with five star white duvet covers and shams. You will also find luxury towels and a Jacuzzi tub in the beautiful bathrooms. Fine art throughout adds to your vacation enjoyment. The condo comes with a washer drier, vacuum, and additional fans. There is a beautiful deck off of the living room with a brand new Weber grill. We also have private garage parking stocked with beach chairs, sand toys, a Pack and Play, and other beach gear. We are the Markham Family and It's been our lifelong dream to own a beautiful beach home. Our town home definitely fulfills this dream. We have lived on the central coast in Cambria Ca for over 20 years and love visiting the beautiful town of Avila Beach. I am the proud owner of one of the countries best and most successful art galleries, Artifacts Gallery in Cambria.
I also create a whimsical 'Out of the Bowl' line of sculpture that are featured in 40 galleries around the country. In addition my parents and co-owners of the town home own a very famous clothing store in Cambria Wildwood.
It's our goal to make your visit to our town home the most fun and enjoyable experience possible. We strive to make it a vacation home that you will return to again and again.

We fell in love with this home the minute we walked in. It's huge lofted ceilings, extremely open and contemporary feel, stainless steel appliances, and wood flooring are beautiful.
The home sets a benchmark in quality respectful to the motif of the Avila Beach area. It's new construction was built w/quality finishes including travertine, bamboo flooring, and granite. The vaulted ceilings w/skylights provide great natural light & space.
What makes this townhome unique
The town home's location takes advantage of all that Avila has to offer. It's approximately 200 yards to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The town home is full of open space and huge windows. Many of the condos in Avila are packed together with units on all 4 sides. Our end unit provides more open space. It's also adjacent to the Bob Jones Trail an amazingly beautiful bike path that can be taken all the way to San Luis Obispo, 400 feet from the Avila Beach Golf Resort, and one block form the beautiful beach front shops and world class restaurants. It's also .25 miles from the children's playground, park and basketball courts. We believe it's the best location in Avila Beach. Private parking is available in our complex as well as the use of our full car garage, very convenient in the busy summer months.
