Comfortable beach house in safe gated community. It's 3 bedrooms with a/c, 3 full bathrooms, full kitchen, dinning room and living room. Upon your check in you will be provided with an electronic key that will provide you access to the community, the community pool and beach.

It's 5 minutes walking distance to Esmeralda beach (Caribbean sea)and plenty of local restaurants.

Because puerto rico is a small island you can get around by car (recommended) to just about any destination within 1 to 2 hours.

Here in patillas you are in the south eastern tip of the island surrounded by the Caribbean beaches. If you are into water sports and activities this is definitely the place for you.

Come relax and enjoy in your home away from home.

My name is Luz Torres. I love traveling and spending time with the Grand Kids. I enjoy the Beach House because it just allows you to enjoy the beautiful sights of The Caribbean Sea and Nature God intended us to enjoy.

I Carlos went to this property with all my family and we all had fun is a very peaceful neiborhood the swimming pool was very nice and the house was clean and beautiful I felt like was at my own house I forgot and iPod at da house and da owner call me let me kno than I forgot it and she was so nice than she broth it to me that tells me how honest are this people if I go back I will stay there again .

We had a great time in this three bedroom house for three couples. The house was well equipped and nicely maintained. It was very convenient, being a short walk to a nice beach and was not touristy at all. We were living in this gated community with the local folks who were friendly and nice to meet and talk to (although somewhat limited with the language)
It also felt very secure being in a gated community. There were a few minor items that needed fixing there during the three weeks we were there and Erick took care of it quickly. It is a real bargain for the price.

Enjoyed my stay

My wife and I stayed at the location and enjoyed our accommodations. The house was clean and attractive. It had everything we needed for basic living and even more (hammock, internet, grill, and patio table). The gated community gave a safe and secure feeling.

A park and beach was within walking distance. Roadside restaurants and bars were close and friendly. Enjoyed several meals and beers.

The location was far enough away from bigger cities that we could experience a community environment. We visited an orchid nursery, lighthouse, and a blue lagoon/park north of Patillas.

The pictures were representative of the house and rooms. Eric was always attentive to minor items that needed repaired.
