The villa ( 220 m2) is at Ancient Epidavros at Peloponnissos. Ancient Epidavros is a small fish village famous for its ancient theatre where during the summer a famous festival takes place. The location is ideal for exploring the nearby monuments and sites ( Mykines, Castle of Argos etc ) and the islands of Aegina etc ). The villa is fully air - conditioned with 4 double bedrooms with balcony, 3 bathrooms, a beautiful large private pool surrounded by gardens. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with luxurious modern furniture, a fireplace even a treadmill, ping pong table and weights for those who take care of their fitness! In the exterior spaces, there is a beautiful shaded dinner table for 8 people, extraordinary verandas with sofas to have your drink looking at the wonderful sea view. Daily maid service can be provided at an additional cost. The villa is ideal for families. More photos can be sent upon your request.

Luxurious villa with fantastic views. Don't be put off by the green swimming pool picture - its not - its pristine blue. Lots of outdoor space. Modern throughout. Overall - highly recommended.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

We visited the villa the last week of May. The owner welcomed us with a basket of fruits and a cool local wine. The villa is a brand new luxurious building with astonishing sea view. The gardens are fantastic with lawn, flowers and trees everywhere. The private swimming pool is very big and we spent the whole day there swimming and sunbathing! There is also a ping - pong table and a small fridge with refreshments near the pool. The furniture and decoration of the villa surprised us, as they were much better of a luxurious hotel with white leather couches etc. The kitchen was fully equiped , even a NESPRESSO machine, the bathrooms were really luxurious and generally the house has really everything even a treadmill and weights. We were surprised to find such a villa in this price.
