If you're looking for clean, spacious, complete and high quality, you've found the right condo. Redington Shores Yacht & Tennis Club was built in 2007 and is a luxury, gated community that is unique to the area. The building is located on Boca Ciega Bay with great views from the balcony. The beach is located immediately across the street and your feet will be in the sand within 2 minutes of walking out the door.

This unit is 2,000 square feet with a full kitchen, living area, laundry room and large balcony with excellent views of the bay. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with full granite countertops. The Master Bath has a dual sinks, a large walk-in shower and separate bathtub.

All linens and towels are brand new for the 2013 season. The kitchen has also been equipped with new high quality dishes, utensils and cookware. Frosted mugs in the freezer await your arrival, along with a high quality blender and complete selection of wine glasses. A set of acrylic drinkware is available so you can take your beverages poolside.

The unit has a large laundry room with a washer, dryer and utility tub. A new ironing board and iron are provided.

Wi-Fi service is included. The unit is equipped with 4 televisions and 2 DVD players. The living room has a large flat screen TV and DVD and the Master Bedroom has a flat screen and DVD.

There are four pools and spas on the property with one located immediately adjacent to this building, along with a gas grill that is poolside. A club house is available for social gatherings at no extra charge and includes a modern fitness center with wide screen TV's. Two high end, modern tennis courts are located on the property within steps of the unit. You can play at night under the lights as well. Security is provided 24/7 and access to the property is gate controlled. Reserved covered parking is provided on the ground floor of the building.

Redington Shores Yacht & Tennis Club is located 27 miles from the Tampa International Airport, and 15 miles from St. Pete. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance of the unit and even more within a short drive or bike ride ranging from beach casual to fine dining.

This location provides a unique opportunity for luxury accommodations on the water with pool, spa, tennis and fitness options right on the property.

We had the pleasure of staying at this Condo for one month. The Condo is as described and is very well maintained and well stocked. A very large Condo which the five of us found very spacious in living areas, the bedrooms and bathrooms.
The owner could not have been more helpful. The few items we thought would be nice to complement the Condo were delivered the very next day. We could not ask for better.
A very enjoyable month at a beautiful Condo.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, People with Disabilities

My family spent a month from mid- December to mid-January and really enjoyed all aspects of the experience. This condo is part of an outstanding community with many pools, tennis, walking. It is very secure while convenient.

This 3BR condo is very very large with an expansive floor plan and a great balcony to sit and watch the boats and dolphins....

We had adults and kids in our party and everyone was very pleased with their stay. It was great to take a short walk across the street to walk the beaches and collect shells.

So, I highly recommend this unit to my friends and family.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
