The luxurious, new Villa Boca Grande is arranged by a designer, displaying a modern and generous architecture. It has a master bedroom with exotic ambience, an extra large master bathroom, with big bathing tub, shower, 2 sinks, make-up table and separate WC. It has a 2. bedroom with king-size beds, 3. bedroom with 2 single beds and with the theme “Finding Nemo”. These 2 bedrooms share a big bathroom. You can also find a large living room with cable TV, DVD and stereo, a billiard room, dining room in colonial style, breakfast corner for 6 people, in American style. There is a big, open American kitchen with refrigerator, ice box and ice making machine, ceramic stove top, baking oven, dish washer, and different kitchen gadgets. There is a covered terrace, big sun heated pool with water fall, in the southern part of the house, by the channel. A fishing boat with outboard motor is included. The house is very suitable for children, as it has pool fence, cot, high chair, tricycle, toys, etc

Golf course: There are a lot of golf courses in the neighbourhood.

Fishing boat inclusive: A small fishing boat with a small motor is inclusive.

Bikes: Bikes are available for you to explore the vicinity.

Bocca Grande has been a lovel vacation property for us for the last three years. The house is very spacious, with all the amenities of home. The pool and lanai are a perfect size for two couples or a family of six. We certainly would recommend this rental to family and friends. The owners were accomodating and responded to all our needs in a very timely fashion. We were very close to restaurants, grocery stores,and shopping malls. A few of our favourites were, Mels Diner, Sandy Hook restaurant on Pine Island Road, and the $2.97 Oak Leaf brand wine at Wal Mart was the best deal of all.

We hope to return in 2012 to enjoy another wonderful vacation
