There's no setting in the Phoenix area more beautiful AND peaceful than Fountain Hills. And, there's no place in Fountain Hills better than being in the center of everything, where you can enjoy Arizona's warmth and walk everywhere!

This town home provides the ambiance you want if you're visiting (Southwestern flair). And, it offers the convenience of being less than 10 minutes away from Starbuck's, Safeway, Basha's, Walgreen's, the town's library, post office and famous fountains -- and so much more. Our property is only a 10-minute walk to the Fountain Park of Fountain Hills.

We prefer to work with you personally and handle the financial end using VISA or MasterCard.

Leave the peaceful existence of Fountain Hills and you're still just a 15 minutes' drive to such essentials as the Mayo Clinic Scottsdale and Scottsdale's shopping and restaurants. Plus you have three top golf courses just minutes away: Eagle Mountain, WeKoPa and Gold Canyon.

This three-bedroom + loft/den townhome is complete with a main-level master bedroom (two-sink bathroom and walk-in closet) and a dramatic, 20+ foot high ceiling in the living area with fireplace. Completing the ground floor is a kitchen, dining area, guest bath and patio complete with super comfy, cushioned patio furniture.

The super-clean, tiled garage is complete with a washer and dryer. As crazy as it sounds, due to the great floor, it provides a nice spot to gather for an outdoor gathering! The second floor contains two guest bedrooms (both with queen beds), a full bath and a loft/den with a queen bed fold-out couch.

The town home offers central A/C, a Weber gas grill, cable, a TV and DVD in the family room and wireless high speed internet. Please note that there is no land line phone. The town home complex also has a centrally located heated pool and jetted hot tub just a few minutes' walk from your front door.

We just returned from a wonderful stay at this townhome. Plenty of room for our party of 5 to spread out. Everything was as described in the listing. We enjoyed the easy 10-minute walk to the fountain park, shopping, and restaurants.

Owner Sally was very responsive to our questions and helpful. Would definitely rent from again!
