' WHAT A PARADISE '

We had to take care of our Oncle and Aunt, in their last months of their life at Port Charlotte.

We know that place from the year they bought this Condo in 1996. We love all the area and the people all around the Lake Suzy Units where we have many good friends.

The weather is always excellent, and we like the beaches which are all different the ones compare to the others. The birds we meet every day are exceptionals : sandhill cranes, Egrets, Cormorans, Storcks, Ibis, Vautours, Wild Turkey......:Exceptional !!

Light Sports : walking and swimming, are really easy to do and pleasant to exercise.

Our Condo is really quiet : all day, all night long. The good use of the A/C make us appreciate its comfort.

Just after having open the door, you have a direct sight on the length of all the place available : on the right side, Dining room, Kitchen all equipped, Living room, terrace, and over the terrace the swimming pool ; on the left, behind the entrance area a beautiful bedroom with two single beds, then another room where you can watch the TV, Internet, and get a rest in a good armchair, or a deep sofa bed. Just on the side a second bathroom with shower and bath ; at the end, there is the main bedroom with its bathroom (large shower), and a useful dressing room.

All our Condo is well furnished and have been recently repainted.
