The apartment has 3 double bedrooms all en suite and a separate housekeeping room also en suite.

Decorated at a very high standard and with fine Uruguayan art work in all the rooms.

A big balcony surrounding the apartment with magnificent panoramic views will make your stay unforgettable.

Full access to the building communal facilities which include: indoor heated swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, gym, jacuzzis, sauna, tennis court, kids club, teen club, meeting rooms, and 5 BBQ areas ideal to enjoy a traditional Uruguayan 'asado' one in the 24th floor with a fantastic sea and forest view, and 4 in the ground floor next to the swimming pool.
