You will be amazed at the awesome sunsets from your lanai and the fun of boat watching.This luxury gulf front gated community offers tennis courts, pools, boat launch and a club house for your use all within steps of your unit. Card clubs at the club house are always seeking new members.Club house has a small library and exercise room.
About Louise Van Wart

I have lived in Buffalo, NY for 30 years and purchased this vacation spot to visit family in Tampa throughout year. We generally only rent the unit out for the winter months, but are open to renting it out all year long.

Why Louise Van Wart chose Port Richey

We thoroughly enjoy this property when we come to visit. There are tennis rackets in the closet for our tenants to use. We spend much time in the heated pool and on the tennis courts. The Gulf View shopping center is just down the street and my favorite restaurants, Olive Garden and Red Lobster are minutes away.

What makes this condo unique

My favorite time is sitting on our lanai in early morning with a cup of coffee watching the boats go out to sea for the day and the fish are jumping. We sometimes get to see dolphins swimming by our docks. The night views of the lit casino boats passing by our place is awesome.

Complex has tennis courts, bocce and horseshoe pits w/ equipment. Club house has pool and ping pong tables, meeting room, small library and exercise equipment.
