Up-graded kitchen with granite counter tops and perfect stainless steel appliances. Up-graded bathrooms. Interior laundry room with new washer and dryer. Grand building lobby with marble throughout. Work-out room, pool, hot tub and private beach access. Gated parking and enclosed garage.

About Barbara Ter Horst

We grew up on the beach in Venezuela. In searching for the best beach on the Atlantic Coast between Delray Beach, FL and North Carolina we stopped every 50 miles to inspect their quality. We chose North Hutchinson Island as it is pristine, natural, wide and little crowded. It was a great trip! and we are so glad to be here!

Beautiful views, private balconies, upgraded granite counter top kitchen. Upgraded bathrooms (just finished the master bath!). Private and quiet but for the sound of the ocean.

What makes this apartment unique

The area is beautiful. Fort pierce hosts a farmer's market (incl. Organic vegetables and international foods) and the arts market on saturdays. It offers plays and concerts in the very active sunrise theatre, jazz club, fantastic restaurants and... A great local fish market (5 min away).
