Enjoy a wonderful holiday in our Villa Oasis Spa!

We just arranged and decorated our Villa. All furniture and equipment is brand new. Besides brandnew appliances and furniture, also the bathrooms and kitchen cabinets are new. The house itself was completely remodeled at the end of 2012. We selected all furniture and decoration by ourselves, it is very important for us that the house has its personal touch and and inimitability. So you can be sure you will really feel at home here and can enjoy your vacation in our holiday home.

Our house offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.

The master bedroom has a big walk-in closet and a 40'' LCD-TV. The carpet is new, the Kingsize-bed ensures recreative nights. The fan is remote controlled and also new. The master bathroom offers a nice shower and a separate exit to the pool area. As mentioned the entire bathrooms were remodeled and new arranged.

The guest rooms offer one Queensize-bed and two twins in the other room. There are also big build-in closets that provide a lot of space. These rooms have tiles and carpet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a new side-by-side fridge with water/ice dispenser, dishwasher, range and microwave, also all small appliances like toaster and all dishes you will need. All cabinets in the kitchen and the bathrooms are new! You will not miss anything here!

Living and dining room are spacious and comfortable with fans and brandnew oversized tiles in the entire room. All lamps can be dimmed and some fans are remote controlled.

The livingroom offers an nice entertainment equipment with a 50'' LED TV, DVD-Player, free Wifi, ipod/iphone dock with sound station, a nintendo wii video game console with lots of games, and a phone which can be used for free for calls US nationwide and to Canada.

The pool area is nice, screened and roomy and offers space for dining, parties and relaxing. As it is a triple-lot, the backyard is huge and fully fenced for your privacy. The non-chlorine pool is perfect for allergic persons or children. It is solar heated and the private spa can be heated separately. Besides the outdoor dining furniture you'll find comfortable sunbeds, a swing and deck chairs to relax and enjoy the sunny weather. A gas BBQ is placed at the disposal.

On top we offer tennis rackets for your use. There are free tennis courts all around in Cape Coral.

You will really feel at home as you can enjoy all of the comfort the home offers!

Medical services are available in short distance, also outlet-shopping-Center, theme parks, water parks, zoo and of course the gulf beaches like Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva, Lovers Key and Naples. Our home is located in a nice, quiet neighbourhood, close to shops, restaurants and golf. Some restaurants are even in walking distance. Cape Coral Harbour or Cape Coral Beach can be reached within some minutes by car. You are really close to everything, Fort Myers can be reached easily and quickly.

We decided just a few weeks before our trip to rent a home instead of staying with family, and we're SO GLAD we did! The home was perfect for us - very toddler friendly. We ended up spending a lot more time just hanging around by the pool and cooking for ourselves. Very well-appointed home, beautiful pool and spa. They even had a pack 'n play, beach toys and a cooler for us to use. We would rent this home again for our next trip to Florida.
