Fabulous family friendly 5 bedroom home steps away from the lake. Completely updated in 2011 with beautiful new kitchen (granite counters, pizza oven, espresso machine, stainless appliances, eat in bar). Gorgeous bathrooms with granite and stone showers. The bedrooms feature new beds for a peaceful night of sleep. The attic was converted to a cool kids hangout with PlayStation and air conditioning. The back porch is perfect for reading, chatting, and soaking up the view. Wireless internet and cable are provided.

About Dotty Sonnemaker

This cabin was built by my grandparents shortly after Greers Ferry Lake was created in the 1960's. It has always been in our family and hosted countless holidays and family gatherings. We purchased the property in 2006 and began renovations for the next generation to enjoy. Many memories of family, friends and laughter live within the walls. We hope to share our home with others so that more memories will continue.

Family vacation at the lake

This is a prime location in a little cove, beautiful view of the lake from the living room, every sunset was exquisite. We walked down the steps to the lake to play in the water. All the furnishings were comfortable. Plenty of space for us to all be in the living room and watch TV, which had more stations than we could watch. The bedrooms are large and the beds extra large and very comfortable. Large open well-equipped kitchen. We loved having the washer and dryer to clean up the "lake clothes". It was nice to find a place we could spread out. I am looking forward to staying here again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers
