Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 4-6)

Newly renovated, freshly painted and well-appointed condo sleeps 6 comfortably. Located in Southwind; a collection of condominiums directly across the street from the beach. Just 2.5 miles from Pier Park to the west of highway 79 provides a more relaxed neighborhood atmosphere with some the beach's best amenities still very, very close. On-site tennis court, shuffleboard and community pool provide alternatives for before or after you enjoy the beach.

Southwind provides a shower for their guests at the beach access point.

The two bedroom condominium features a partial gulf view from the second bedroom balcony and sleeps six. Bedding includes a king in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom and a queen sized sleep sofa in the living area. Washer and Dryer in unit, full size refrigerator, electric range, built-in microwave and a dishwasher provide the convenience of home.

Each bedroom features a TV. Living room and master bedroom provide 32” flat screen TV plus DVD player. Free Wi-Fi and Cable TV provided.

About Kerry Whitehead

We are four Parrothead friends from Illinois and West Virginia who love the beach way of life. Upon visiting Panama City Beach we fell in love with the atmosphere and beautiful white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Although we enjoy our home away from home as much as we can we like to share it with others whenever possible. We hope you enjoy our place as much as we do.

Why Kerry Whitehead chose Gulf Resort Beach

We love our 'Penthouse' on the West side of Panama City Beach. Close to all the amenities and attractions the area has to offer but with a more relaxed laid back feeling. The direct access across Front Beach Road to the beach is a big benefit to us. There is also no public parking at our beach access which means no crowds! The back balcony overlooks green space and you will find plenty of opportunities for bird watching or just looking at the Gulf.

What makes this condo unique

You will find the over sized front porch with comfy chairs and table a popular hang out when you're just chilling or having a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail at night. The condo has a well appointed kitchen and is newly remodeled and decorated. Flat screens in the Master Bedroom and Living Room along with free WiFi and Cable. You won't want to leave.

Southwind Resort is located at the quiet west end of Panama City Beach, less traffic, people and noise and where the beach is quieter, too, but you can hear the waves from the balcony! Located directly on Front Beach Road there is easy assess to local eateries, Pier Park with it's great shopping, theater, the city pier and lots of choices for a night out on the town! Southwind also offers a swimming pool for lazy days in the sun, tennis courts for those looking for some exercise and shuffleboard for those wanting a friendly game with friends.

We've come to PCB every year for the past 8 years. This is the best location we've enjoyed so far, and heartily recommend it to all! A walk to the beach is all of 30 seconds and it's located at just the right spot - close enough to everything, yet far enough away from the maddening crowds. Will definitely return again!

This condo is wonderful. We stayed the month of March. The condo is located in the last building of the complex and on the 3rd floor so it is very quiet. The large front porch is perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning sun and an evening meal in the shade. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need as well as the condo being beautifully decorated. With 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths you have plenty of room. The location is perfect to Pier Park and a walk across the road to the beach. As well as close to the new Conservation Park. We will stay again on our next visit to PCB.
