'Casa Caliente' is located in the quiet, safe, gated Pakal

neighborhood which is inside the exclusive gated Playacar Phase II. Our villa shares 2 large pools with 5 other villas along with lush manicured gardens. Casa Caliente is located across the street from #15 Tee Box on the famous Playacar Championship Spa and Golf Club. Our villa is just a few hundred yards from a world class spa and fitness center. A wonderful Bistro is just around the corner, open daily with many cuisine's. A convenience store is around the corner as well. Our home is located 1 mile from the famous 5th. Avenue in Playa Del Carmen with hundreds of boutiques, shops, night clubs, small outside restaurants, fine dining establishments, along with white sandy beaches where you will enjoy scuba diving, snorkeling, swimming, fishing, boating, sailing, windsurfing, parasailing, and jet skiing. You can take a 25 minute ferry ride to Cozumel for the day or arrange to have the shuttle pick you up at our front door to go to Xel-Ha, XCaret, the Mayan Ruins, or Tulum. Our villa sleeps 10 people. The master suite has a king size bed, walk in closet, huge bathroom with double sinks, large shower, and a jacuzzi tub. There is also a terrace off the master suite overlooking the pool and gardens. The other 2 bedroom suites have 2 queen beds each, full baths, and one has a private patio. We have a large TV/reading room with a 45 inch flat screen and a walk out terrace. The main floor has a bar, bar seating, large sitting area (living room), dining room, breakfast bar and fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances including dishwasher. A fully equipped laundry room is also included. All sliding glass doors open to the pool and garden area for the wide open air affect. The house also has air conditioning. The main level has a covered outdoor patio eating area which includes seating and a large round table with a fan overhead. It is an amazing spot to sit and relax.
