This house is only 8 years old, but recently had a renovation from one of the premier designer/builders in Kentucky. This luxury house is located in the East End of Louisville, 15-20 min to anywhere in the city. If you want an incredible upscale home to celebrate Derby, then this is the location for you! You have plenty of room for you to relax, entertain, and prepare for Derby Festivities! This house can sleep up to 12 easily. If needed we have an assistant that can help you with travel around the city or whatever you might need for the visit. DAILY HOUSE ASSISTANT INCLUDED!
