Enjoy wonderful privacy to the side and rear, afforded by a wooded preserve area featuring nightscaping.

Enclosed lanai, furnished patio (including wall mounted Plasma TV), in ground pool and

gas line fed BBQ

The villa boasts three newly decorated spacious double bedrooms including a master suite

with ensuite and a well-appointed 2nd bathroom.

The fully equipped kitchen (stove, frig, MW, dishwasher, clothes washer & dryer, lots of counter space,

all the necessary utensils and small appliance) looks over the open plan living and dining area giving

a perfect family space. The living area includes a leather sofa for guests comfort and wall mounted plasma TV.

The dinning are features an attractive dining set seating 8 – 10 persons.

No family trip to the sunshine state would be complete without a trip to Busch Gardens in Tampa or to

Orlando and its awesome theme parks, only 90 minutes drive from our villa.
