- This is a lovely, modern, spacious, and very tastefully decorated 3 bedroom villa with 2-1/2 baths, two kitchens and a giant loft.
We require a minimum one month rental (30 nights). The Villa is also available for yearly rental.
We love children, but our property really is not suitable for children. Pets are normally not permitted, but might be considered with an additional month's security, and a $100 pet cleaning fee
Property type: Large Golf Villa - 3 bedrooms + large Loft, 2.5 baths, 3000 sq ft bi-level with lots of privacy.
Accommodations: One master suite (on main level) plus two additional, large King bedrooms with tons of closet space, and a full bathroom on located on the lower level.
On main (upper) level you'll find a Living room, Dining room, large modern Kitchen, powder-room, large master bedroom with king bed, private bath, and huge walk in closet. There is also a large covered patio with a dining table and BBQ. There is a separate laundry room with full-size washer and dryer.
Above the living room, there is a huge loft with a large flat screen TV and DVD player. A great place to watch TV, relax, write a book, or get some work done
There's a very large private patio on the Main Level that overlooks the lake, mountains, and golf course. What a wonderful spot for morning coffee while watching the sunrise, for afternoon tea, for evening cocktails, or just to sit and read or contemplate the world. There is a gas BBQ on this Patio.
The lower level has it's own efficiency kitchen, two large bedrooms (one king and one queen bed) with connecting full bath and lots of closet space. There's also a second Patio for relaxing, reading or just enjoying the lovely climate.
New, large flat screen TV's with cable TV and internet wireless service are included.

- The villa is fully furnished including all kitchen utensils, dishes linens, small appliances, TVs, etc. We provide basic kitchen condiments and supplies to get you started including coffee, tea, milk, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.
Country club. Rental of our villa includes access to our lovely Country Club: a challenging 9-hole golf course, full service spa with hair, nails, massage, sauna, steam room, pool and exercise room, restaurants and bars, tennis and racquetball - all facilities except the members lounge, which is reserved exclusively for members. (No charge to play golf or use the pool or exercise equipment. Golf Carts and rental clubs are available at a modest cost. Spa fees - hair, nails, massage, etc are not included
