Beautifully renovated large two story house with fenced in backyard for family and friends private entertainment and outdoor BBQ. Lower level has an open plan floor with living room, dining, and kitchen with beautiful view of backyard. The living room has a 55' TV for everyone to view sports games and or movies with a combined dining and kitchen that everyone will enjoy during gathering. The lower level has guest bathroom and can also access the garage. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you to need to cook including seasoning - just bring your food and drinks!
My husband and I are currently based in Beaulieu Sur Mer, France. We have several properties in the U.S.A. for vacation rentals with onsite property managers that works for AWPTB. We visit all our properties at least twice a year. I am a UNLV alumni and Tim is from the UK.

We purchased this property because of it's surrounding area and nearby to shopping, groceries, and close to downtown Austin. The home is spacious and fully renovated with large two car garage. The backyard is private, quite spacious, and great for entertaining friends all year round with a Bar-b-Que grill . Great neighborhood and nearby parks.
The unique benefits to this home is that lower level of the home is great for entertaining with a 55' TV in the living room and an open space kitchen that blends in the living room with guess bathroom just a few steps away. The home comes with a complimentary firewood for fireplace that is a plus during the cold days in the winter time. Free starter kit such as paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and some cleaning supplies. The kitchen comes with spices for your cooking. Our private backyard is accessible through a sliding door in the living room.
The second floor has the 3 bedrooms with 2 bathroom. We've provided the most comfortable mattresses to make our renters have a peaceful, relaxing, and restful nights during their stay.
A walking distance to Starbucks, banks, restaurants, groceries, and stores.
We enjoyed our stay on Aylesbury Lane. It was comfortable, quiet, clean and convenient.
We also enjoyed your property manager and appreciated him following up on our request so promptly.
The only thing I could suggest would be to have some info re: local restaurants and tourist attractions, i.e. brochures, flyers,etc.
We will return to Austin and would definitely consider staying in your home again.
We were extremely pleased with our home here in Austin. The accommodations were first rate and the house was very clean, organized, and stocked with excellent "extras". We were able to relax and enjoy the peaceful neighborhood along with being close to all of the activities available in town. 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, made it easy for everyone to have quiet and privacy. We will absolutely be back to this Wonderful Place To Be.
The house was beautiful and fully stocked. We've stayed at many places through the years and I can easily say this was one of the most beautiful. Close to shopping and the freeway!
Our vacation stay was absolutely wonderful! Once we walked in you could not help but realize how clean and cozy the home was. There was a total of 4 house guests which included myself; it simply catered to our every need. The bonus for us was the garage and backyard. The weather was so beautiful this past weekend to where we sat and enjoyed breakfast in the beautiful backyard!
This villa was an amazing find for my team's SXSW stay. The house is spacious, clean, fully stocked and perfectly located. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. This rental leaves nothing wanting, and usually provides for more than the traveler would think to ask for. I would definitely recommend this property as well as A Wonderful Place To Stay for any vacation rental need.
A friend and I were going to a UT football game and needed a place to stay in the Austin area. My husband found this home for us. It was very nice, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this for any family or for a girl's getaway. There was plenty of rooms for a group to stay.
Fantastic. I would visit this house again. We spent a weekend here and it’s a great place to sit back and relax, as well as serving as a base of operations for enjoying the sites of Austin.
Everything in the place was spotless, with a great kitchen and brand new grill outside. Obviously the location is well-maintained.
The living room can easily accommodate six seated, which includes a spinning love seat, which ranks high on my list of best furniture pieces ever constructed. The pillows and mattresses in the room in which I stayed were fantastic. It is no exaggeration that as soon as I laid down, I could feel sleep coming to claim me. I also thoroughly appreciated the inclusion of televisions in each bedroom for the mornings when you need some extra time to recharge before getting up.
Location is also a great feature here. Great food, shops, drinking holes – even bowling – is readily accessible from this South Austin location. It’s convenient to Highway 71 too, so it’s a simple matter to reach any other area of the city.
Again, I would rent this house over and over. Everything needed for a great getaway lives at this place.
