High End- 2 Bedroom Very Spacious

Only a few years old, this gorgeous townhouse is one of kind with high end details from granite counter tops throughout, 2 spacious balconies, large open concept, large windows top to bottom in condo. This end unit has no one above or below or on one side, perfect quiet getaway. Within the condo you will find all amenities to make this your home away from home, perfect for entertaining and enjoying the Arizona Sun. This perfectly appointed condo has a king bed and private ensuite and condo off the master bedroom. The spare room has 3 piece bath attached and queen bed, perfect for another couple, kids or guests. There is a double car garage attached the condo. The are laundry facilities located in the condo. Within the complex there is a very lovely pool, hot tub and fitness center. When you are expecting large group gatherings there is a full clubhouse you can book for personal use. This high end complex is smaller than most, easy to get down to pool and fitness center. For extra guests there is a queen pull out located in the living room. Enjoy the luxury of Gray hawk in Scottsdale one of the most sought after neighborhood.

When I first walked into this condo i knew I had to have it. I loved the fine details this builder put on every inch of the condo. We purchased this condo brand new before the rest of the condos were even built. It was one of my impulse emotional buys as I loved it so much. Not always the best in business but I have never regretted this purchase, each time I walk in the condo I sigh and know I am home. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I have over the past few years. It still feels as new as the day I bought, partially in thanks to the great tenants and my incredible property manager.

What makes this townhome unique

This condo has so many unique features, each doorway in the hallway had special places for art, archways that were rounded, windows with so much light. Unlike other apartment style condos I love how this feels like a house not a condo. It is warm, inviting and very classy. I feel very proud to be in it and share it with my friends and family. It is so conveniently located to shops, the 101, golfing (my other love besides my kids and business). This home is just as new as it was when I bought it and such a joy.
