Modern, spacious townhouse located in exclusive longboat key, Florida. Ideal vacation home for a short or long stay. Based in the center region of cedars, the house has three tiers: the ground has a garage, ideal for keeping the car from the midday sun, the first floor allows plenty of daylight to fill the room making it bright and welcoming. The living space has a large screen TV with surround sound, ample lighting facilities and a pull out sofa bed if required. There is a dinning area and breakfast bar overlooking the kitchen. The kitchen contains all the modern appliances and equipment making it easy to stay in after a long day relaxing on the beach.

There is a half bathroom located on this floor. A walk up the stairs leads you to the first bedroom (king), again lot's of natural light. A short walk along the landing you will find a bathroom and then 2nd bedroom (twin).

It is less than a minutes walk to the pool, tikki bar & cedars restaurant, where you will find plenty of chair/lounges. For those of you who are beach lovers, you are only minutes away from the white sands.
