Must be at least 28 years of age (children welcome with adult parent 28 years or older).
No subleasing. Person renting condo must be the person occupying the unit.
Absolutely no loud parties in the condo. This is a small condo community with neighbors on all sides. HOA manager is onsite.
We love downtown Austin so much we decided to purchase property for the many activities we enjoy. While we are away traveling to other areas we want to share our condo with you.

Perfect location to anything and everything downtown Austin!
Just across the street is the Shoal Creek Hike and Bike trail where you can head toward town to Lady Bird Lake (aka Town Lake), or head north to Pease Park and beyond.
The place is spotless and exactly as advertised. What an awesome location - convenient to anyplace you would want to go in central Austin. I did not rent a car - no need for it at this location. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were very comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
This condo is located perfectly for all we had to do! Clean and decorated so nice. Loved my coffee on the two patios! The tv in the living was 3d we think so great! Only the best in the kitchen! We would recommend this to anyone that's coming to Austin! Thanks for the warm welcome gift too Christine!
The condo was perfectly located with easy access to everything. We loved parking right in front of the unit and felt totally secure even though the car was filled with semi valuables. Inside we were pleased to find that the unit was not bare minimum but extremely well stocked and spotless. Wi Fi is very important to me and the system was easy and fast. The 3 flat screen TV's were greatly appreciated especially when we found there was a DVR for recording programs and movie channels were included. Thanks Christine for a great weekend.
This rental was in the perfect location and had everything you need for a great stay in Austin. I'd recommend this spot very highly.
We had a great stay at this condo; my sister and I met in Austin for a weekend together having fun. The neighborhood around the condo is very pleasant and there are lots of walkable interesting places (quick breakfast, nail salon, nicer restaurants, etc), and the rest of downtown Austin is accessible. The condo itself definitely met our expectations. The kitchen was super well-equipped with everything we needed to cook for ourselves, the whole condo was impeccably clean and decorated very well, and the beds were luxurious and comfortable. A great place to stay!

One block from the tavern, house park BBQ, Austin java, Einstein bagels, Wiggy's liquor (on Lamar), bacon, shoal creek saloon, and more.
Five blocks from 6th and Lamar where you will find book people, whole foods, Waterloo records, and other great shops and restaurants.
Eight blocks from the state capital.
Walk out the front door and right across the street is the shoal creek hike and bike trail.
Easily walk to Pease park.
