MAX 4 PERSONS - NO EXCEPTIONS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Must be at least 28 years of age (children welcome with adult parent 28 years or older).
No subleasing. Person renting condo must be the person occupying the unit.
You agree that the number of people that you paid to stay in the unit is correct. If your occupancy number changes you must contact owner and make arrangements to pay the difference.
Absolutely no loud parties in the condo. This is a small condo community with neighbors on all sides. HOA manager is two doors down.
Check in time is 3:00 pm, and check out time is 11:00 am. If you need to arrive earlier or depart later, please check with us, as it will not be a problem if we do not have other renters coming or going on the same dates.
$200 deposit required at time reservation is confirmed.
50% of balance due 60 days prior for standard rentals; 90 days for events.
Remaining balance due 30 days prior for standard rental; 60 days for events.
*Events = SXSW, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, ACL, and F1
60 or more days prior to date of arrival: Full Refund, less $100 service fee.
59 to 30 days prior to date of arrival: Forfeit 25% of deposit.
29 days or less prior to date of arrival: No Refund.
Event Rentals: (SXSW, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, ACL, and F1)
90 or more days prior to date of arrival: Full Refund, less $100.00 service fee.
89-60 days prior to date of arrival: Forfeit 25% of deposit
59 days or less prior to date of arrival: No Refund.
