TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Must be at least 28 years of age (children welcome with adult parent 28 years or older).

No subleasing. Person renting condo must be the person occupying the unit.

You agree that the number of people that you paid to stay in the unit is correct. If your occupancy number changes you must contact owner and make arrangements to pay the difference.

No Smoking

Absolutely No Loud Parties. This is a small condo community and neighbors are on all sides.

Check-in is 3:00 pm, and check-out is 11:00 am, unless other pre approved arrangements have been made.

Payment Policy:

$200 deposit required at time reservation is confirmed.

50% of balance due 60 days ahead for standard; 90 days ahead for event bookings

Balance due 30 days ahead for standard; 60 days ahead for event bookings

Event Bookings:

*SXSW, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, ACL, and F1

Cancellation Policy for Standard Rentals:

60 or more days prior to date of arrival: Full Refund, less $100 service fee.

59 to 30 days prior to date of arrival: Forfeit 25% of deposit.

29 days or less prior to date of arrival: No Refund.

Cancellation Policy for Event Rentals:

A lovely condo in a lovely neighborhood

We had a great stay at this condo; my sister and I met in Austin for a weekend together having fun. The neighborhood around the condo is very pleasant and there are lots of walkable interesting places (quick breakfast, nail salon, nicer restaurants, etc), and the rest of downtown Austin is accessible. The condo itself definitely met our expectations. The kitchen was super well-equipped with everything we needed to cook for ourselves, the whole condo was impeccably clean and decorated very well, and the beds were luxurious and comfortable. A great place to stay!

We have only positive remarks to make about our recent visit to Austin and our stay in this well-located two bedroom condo! It was very clean, completely remodeled, and very comfortable with a Sleep Number King- size bed in the Master. The kitchen was well-stocked (although we chose to eat in Austin's great restaurants) and we appreciated how quiet both the condo and the street were. It's only 5 blocks to Whole Foods and be sure to utilize the walking/biking trail right across the street from this condo. Overall, we had a fabulous time and yes, we would rent this property again, if we get the chance to return to the city.

My husband and I just spent 10 days in Austin and stayed in this perfect condo. All the positive reviews are true. It is clean, comfortable, quiet, wonderfully located and well-equipped. The beds are really comfortable, the 3 TVs were more than would be needed or expected and all the appliances were good quality. We walked everywhere from this location (in part to justify eating at all the fun and incredible Austin restaurants and food trucks) and it felt like we were returning to our private retreat each evening. The owner is very accommodating. Wish we could have stayed longer!!!

This beautifully renovated condo, just steps from the Capitol has everything you could possibly need during your stay in Austin. The property was clean and tastefully decorated. There are plenty of pubs, and restaurants within 5 min driving distance. We will enjoy staying here again on our next visit to Austin.
