Must be at least 28 years of age (children welcome with adult parent 28 years or older).
No subleasing. Person renting condo must be the person occupying the unit.
You agree that the number of people that you paid to stay in the unit is correct. If your occupancy number changes you must contact owner and make arrangements to pay the difference.
Absolutely No Loud Parties. This is a small condo community and neighbors are on all sides.
Check-in is 3:00 pm, and check-out is 11:00 am, unless other pre approved arrangements have been made.
$200 deposit required at time reservation is confirmed.
50% of balance due 60 days ahead for standard; 90 days ahead for event bookings
