This Double studio apartment has exceptional value and is a great alternative to an expensive hotel accommodation. This Double studio benefits from central heating, fully equipped kitchenette,double bed ,television. The kitchen area has fitted cupboards and worktops, 4 hobs, refrigerator,grill,oven, kettle and toaster.The fully equipped bathroom has shower with W.C,wash basin with mirror.

This apartment is close to Central London, buses, underground (tube) and trains and approximately 10 to 15 minutes from Central London via the underground and buses.

The area is one of the nicest suburbs in London, it is an elegant area which boasts many tree lined avenues, there are many restaurants, pubs and cafés close by and the “Hampstead Heath park” is a mere 15 to 20 minutes walk away. There are also good shopping centers’ close by.

The area is welcomed by travellers, students, couples, singles and professionals seeking quality, affordable London accommodation for leisure and business.

  • In order to secure a reservation we require a deposit of £100 which is deducted from the total cost of the booking. A booking of less than £100 then the full balance will be charged.

    We offer a secure online payment option via google check out with a 5% surcharge fee or a credit card can be paid via our reservations number during office hours with a 3.5% surcharge or debit card and a fee of up to 1% may apply.
  • CANCELLATION

    PLEASE NOTE: In event of a cancellation more than 14 days ahead of arrival a full refund will be given. Less than this period is subject to the discretion of the management.

    ID such as a driving license or passport will be requested upon check in. The check in time is between 12:00 pm - 6:00pm via the main office.

    Check out time is at 1pm.

    The keys can be collected from the office reception area which is open from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.However should you be arriving after office hours then please contact us about collecting the keys.

    ( There is a £20 office Admin fee to be paid at the main office reception on arrival)
  • Please note Long term rentals are available starting from 1 month and between 6 months - 1 year.

Would recommend and go again!

Excellent location in London, it is a very nice residential area and is very well contected with public transport. Northern, Jubilee and even Overground lines are within a 5 minute walk so you can get anywhere in London easily.
Very nice and helpful staff at the reception.
The apartment itself is decent, has everything as advertised, decent sized bathroom, everything was very clean.

Negatives: the walls are rather thin so you hear what your neighbors are doing. Also, the whole building and the studio inside could use a paint job so as not to look run down.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Quality flat, quality stay.

I was initially concerned about staying at this flat based off of previous reviews, however, after my stay I can honestly say those worries were unfounded. The room was spotless, the owners were very kind through out the entire stay. It seemed if you needed anything they would go out of the way to make it happen. I started my stay in London in a hotel and ended in this flat and can honestly say I wish I had stayed at this flat the entire time.

I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay a decent amount of time, or even want to stay somewhere outside of typical London.

The location is less than five minutes walking distance from the Belsize Park tube station, as well as Haverstock Hill which has many restaurants and grocers.

All in all? Best stay I've had anywhere, and I will tell anyone who will listen how great this place is.

The studio was small, but clean. Very bare bones. The building location (Belsize) was great. There were many decent restaurants within walking distance and the area was very family oriented and safe. The booking staff was helpful and check in was quick. We were able to get the key by 11am which was helpful. If you're looking for cheap, no frills accomodation in London, then these studios are not a bad choice.

My boyfriend and I spent 4 nights here. I was immediately disappointed. It was not clean at all, and smelled horribly of paint. It looked like it was in desperate need of a remodel. Not only that, but the door to the room banged loudly back and forth if any other person entered the front door. We had to place a towel up against the door in order to keep it from banging. Also, the heater made a constant loud clinking noise which constantly kept me up at night.

THe location on the other hand was really great. The area was safe and pretty. ITs a short distance to the Underground and the buses. And did not take very long to get into the city. Next time I will try to find a better apartment in the same area.

Cheap but not top clean

Sure, the price is really good but but but ...Stains on the walls, heater.
Not as clean as expected. Location is good, in a very pleaseant neighbourhood and quite close to the center (10 min with tube).
Next time, I will spend a few pounds more to have something more upscale. Reservation was a bit exotic, no confirmation mail.
But we easely got the key at the agency after 11pm. Staff at the agency was fine.
