We have stayed at several VBRO's and this by far was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed at. I was very impressed. There was also lots of little niceties that were provided for us. A gift basket filled with snacks etc. to help get us by until we visited the grocery store was very much appreciated. The apartment is up on the 2nd floor with stairs as the only way to get to it so it is not for the disabled or less than agile. Quiet, safe and restful are words I would use to describe it. It is close to everything in Huntington Beach but yet far enough off the beaten path to be away from the heavy traffic. The laundry room, pool and tennis courts were all nice. The weather didn't permit swimming but it was obviously very clean. The owner's were very helpful and nice to talk to. The only thing to consider is there are only 2 stools to sit on at the counter and they are a bit high to get up on and a bit too high to sit on and eat at the counter. So, if there are more in your party, you have to eat in shifts or sit on the couch with the tv tray as your table.

We had a wonderful vacation in Huntington Beach Ca. The condo it's in a great location of HB and the property is very clean and cosy. We loved every single thing about this place. We felt like we where home. The place has everything you need. The owners are very helpful and nice.We strongly recommend this vacation Condo for your vacation! We will definitely rent this condo again! Thank you Ingrid so much.

My wife and I just completed an extended (two month) stay here and will definitely return. The condo is spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect for beach, freeway and shopping. Ingrid was a pleasure to work with and the price was very reasonable for a quiet, gated community with a dedicated parking space. You will not be disappointed!

This condo is really like being home away from home. The owner really takes care of the smallest details, when we arrived, the property was super clean, there were Coffe, cookie , water and everything we needed in the fridge. Everything was like in a luxury five star hotel, clean towels and sheets. The TVs has a very good channel selection. We really enjoyed staying here and highly recommend it.

Hi Ingrid,, We have returned from a wonderful trip to Huntington Beach and would like to thank you for the rental of your studio .
This studio really makes you feel at home, spacious, cozy and great amenities!
We were very pleased with the studio and really enjoyed our stay. We are more than happy to recommend this to our friends and family. There was plenty of fresh clean towels and all the beds and bathroom were all immaculate.My family and I definitely recommend this house and we’ll stay here for sure on our next trip to Huntington Beach. The location of the studio is excellent 15 minutes walking to downtown Huntington Beach, food shopping and restaurants. Thank you again.
