House, 3 Bedrooms + Livingroom, 3 Baths (Sleeps 6-8)

Enter our private loop under the palm trees and grand towering oaks, dripping with Spanish moss. Enjoy the Spanish Mediterrean style pool home with 3 bedrm & 3 baths. 2 Living rooms each with a Queen Leather Sleeper Sofa & 46' HDLCD TV's. Both Livingrooms open to the Lani. Completely equiped kitchen with lots of extras! Pass thru window from kitchen to lani with counter area for serving food. Dining room seating for up to 10 people. Outdoor table & chairs for 8, 6 chaise loungers for the pool area. Beach towels are provided. 6 Beach chairs for your trips to the beach. 2 bedrooms & 2 baths on the first floor. Both with Queen size beds. Master bedroom on the 2nd floor with a 40' HDLCD TV & a 15'x30' ceramic tiled deck over looking the pool. Great for private sunbathing! Master bath with double sinks, walk-in closet and ceramic tiled shower.

Please note the back yard is completely fenced, very private, secluded and mostly mulched. This will be landscaped and have low voltage lighting installed August 2013.

We had a GREAT experience in the property. Fully equipped with basically all you need to have great vacations. The pool was a little bit cold most of the time so I would recommend a pool heater but other than that we really enjoyed our stay there. Also the location is ideal for people that want to be close to the Siesta Beach. Really nice neighborhood.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

The house was very nice and kid friendly. It was spacious and very up to date. The layout was great. The master bedroom was upstairs with two bedrooms downstairs. We were able to put a gate on the staircase so our two young children would stay downstairs. Plus the beds were comfortable. The only reason i rated this a 4 star instead of 5 was because the pool is not heated. You had to use a solar cover to heat it and that takes days. Had the pool been heated, i would have rated the house as 5 stars.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
