2 Br, 2 Ba, Fully Equipped Home With Separate Office And Gorgeous Views.

Wireless dsl can be accessed throughout the house.

The large master bedroom has TV, a king-sized bed and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. There is also a sofa sleeper, so this home could easily sleep 6.

The living room has a large screen TV with Directv service including HBO and Showtime. The kitchen has granite counter tops, modern appliances and reverse osmosis to the sink and ice-maker. There is also a separate office with a built-in desk, bookcases and the sofa sleeper. Outside there is a large patio with 2 tables, 10 chairs and umbrellas. Also a fire pit and gas BBQ. There is a two car garage (with washer and dryer) as well as secure street parking. You can spend all your time at the country club; golfing, walking or swimming or just relaxing or you can venture out and see all Ensenada has to offer.

We had this home built new in 2010. We tried to include every benefit for total enjoyment. The area is secure, the neighbors are wonderful and the golfing is no stress.... A great place for beginners or pros.

What makes this house unique

Ours is one of the largest lots with patio space on the side and back facing the golf course. We have a wonderful built in fire pit which offers a warm spot for the cooler evenings

The location: baja country club hosts an 18 hole championship golf course, which features 300 acres and has 12 acres of lakes and an ecological bird preserve. There is a pro shop, restaurant and bar at the clubhouse. No waiting for a tee-time….A golfer’s paradise! The new recreation area includes: exercise room, pool, spa, kiddies’ pool, playground, 1/2 basketball court, and a picnic area with bar-b-ques. This is a gated community with 24 hour security service.

Local attractions include: famous la bufadora (the blow hole), wine country...Tours available, sports fishing and wonderful dining from first class restaurants to taco shops.

Happy Times in Happy Valley!

Absolutely fantastic accommodations! The house was completely stocked with everything we needed.Although it is only two bedrooms, the office is spacious and the sofa bed is very comfortable. With the spacious and open floor plan for the living room and kitchen, the house could easily accommodate three couples. Based on the photos, and the helpful (and prompt) responses provided by the owners, it definitely exceeded our expectations! We used the topnotch gas BBQ (that includes a smoker), and enjoyed the gas fire pit for a relaxing evening. Right now, the golf course is in its winter condition, but it's a beautiful layout and we enjoyed some golf while we were there. It's a short jaunt to La Bufadora for those interested in shopping (and bargaining with the vendors!). I would highly recommend this "home" (that's what it felt like!) for a getaway weekend or an extended stay.

Great Escapade

The place is short of Great! I brought some things from my kitchen only to leave them on the box, since they even have a coffee grinder and a decanter for my wine!
It was raining and since we could not play golf we sat at the TV room and enjoy all the amenities the house have.

The home was beautiful and well upgraded. The home was very clean and provided many amenities for our stay. It's a little ways from downtown and can take up to 30 minutes to drive (with traffic), but one of the most beautiful and affordable places to stay in Ensenada. I highly recommend this rental!

So relaxing and beautiful!

My husband and I and 3 other people stayed there for 5 days there was plenty of room for all of us as the kitchen, dining room and living room are very large and open. The home was so quiet and relaxing on the golf course that we didn't want to leave when it was time to go back to the states. The back patio is so quiet and exceptionally beautiful especially while the sun is setting. The fire pit is very large and is built for entertaining. We had the opportunity to get to know some of the residents there and throughly enjoyed everyone of them for they were so kind and welcoming. We were so pleased with our visit and can not wait to return again next year!

Great stay RIGHT on the golf course! The home is lovely and beautifully appointed, accommodates 6 very well. Great restaurants, shopping, and night-life 15 min away in Ensenada. A wonderful get-away just across the border. I would highly recommend this property!
